"I like my GP practice"
I like my GP, I don't have any problems. Appointments are done online. The staff are very helpful too.

Very kind and helpful GP and nurses.
They are okay but it takes while to to get through to them. Long waits on the phone and when you get through they say to call NHS 111 because there aren't any appointments. The staff are great. The GPs do the job when you do see them. The receptionists are good too.
Last appointment about 3 months ago. Easy to find appointments. Nothing serious. Low blood pressure. Not referred.
Made referral quite quick and booked the therapy . appointments are fine. They are fast considering everything. GP’s responds very quickly and see me face to face and sometimes over the phone but would see you even during Covid.
Very difficult to get appointment and have to spend ages on phone.
Hard to get an appointment at the moment. They will call you if there are spaces for immunisations for the children and get them booked in. But trying to get a regular appointment, the last time I called they cut me off because there were no more appointments left. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to when you have an issue.
Receptionist’s are very rude and its very difficult to see a doctor. Reception area is also very congested.
GP's brilliant, the receptionists know me well. Doctors will always book appointments. I always worry about having an interpreter but they confirm that they have booked one. They always send me texts as reminders to both me and my son. They're really good, really nice. It's good to hear what is going well.
To get in touch with doctor I am in pain and my life as been hell was on tramadol spent hours on phone but still can't get in touch
Unable to contact always get Lordswood Medical Centre
The Doctors and Nurses at the practice are excellent. Sadly the receptionists are awful. My Husband almost ended up in a diabetic coma because the receptionist didn't think his symptoms were a priority. She told my husband to just eat properly and he would feel better.
When you call for an appointment and they want to know all your details and then say we have no appointments, it feels like the receptionist decides when a doctor sees you I have been told I can't have a telephone consultation until 28th of the month, One receptionist is amazing with us and will go out of her way to help but the other receptionist need lessons on how to be polite and use manners, I have an ongoing problem and have suffered so much until today when I decided I can't take the pain anymore, only to be told I can't speak to anyone, I will be getting further advise.
Usually a very good service with friendly staff who seem to go out of their way to help. However the last few weeks has been awful. They have stopped online consultation booking and repeat prescriptions. They have changed their phone system and it now says they're too busy and cuts you off. Id prefer to be on hold for an hour. I havent been able to get any advice or a repeat prescription for my baby.
