It's really good, but it can take a long time to get in contact with them both online and over the phone, it's hard to get through to them. But fine when you eventually get to see someone.
Challenging to get appointments and see your own GP. They sometimes send you to Lordswood surgery which is quite far or they say go to the pharmacy.
Getting appointments is very difficult and take a lot of time and effort.
Reception staff are lazy and slow. They take ages in issuing a letter.

We have to call at 8:00am in the morning. They don't have any appointments. I then have to call the next morning and it's the same process. I've been using this practice for more than 8 years and it's always been the same. Once I do go there for an appointment I have to wait 30 minutes or more as there is always a delay. The staff are friendly.
