My carers are very professional. They always arrive on time. They're consistent and patients. They always offer me personal care as they know I'm independent which is so kind.

Extraordinary carers. My carers are very responsible and have good practice in care. They always encourage to have personal care, give me food and fluids according to my choice and preferences and encourage to eat. Carers whose visiting for look after me are great. They doing their job qualitative. Always communicate with me and feels me comfortable. Doing personal care hygienically, always wear PPE to prevent IPC which is best thing for me. All time give me choice and preference and gives me time. They don't do rush.

I have found all the carers very efficient and helpful. They always explain what they are doing. If they find something that needs extra attention, they contact the office to alert them. Also, if there is a delay in arrival we are notified. They live up to their name. Excellent carers.

We are very pleased with the carers so far. They come in and talk to him and tell him what they're going to do each time. The check if he is happy. It's done slowly, carefully and with care. They tell us what time they will come too. Our house is calm since they have looked after him.

My experience with PSA Home Care has been exceptional. From the initial contact, the team was highly professional, attentive, and compassionate. They took the time to understand my specific needs and choice that perfectly suited my situation. The carers are genuinely caring, treating me with dignity and respect. The level of communication is excellent, ensuring I always feel informed and supported. I have complete confidence in the quality of care provided and would highly recommend PSA Home Care to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate domiciliary care services.
Staff are friendly enough but continued instances of carers omitting to give medications which are important . Occasionally not visited . Consistently late outside of care plan times or too early in giving evening medications
I have a few occasions when I have had to ring the office about the service my partner has received and it has taken a couple of days to get a call back and the outcome has not been what I would have expected. leaving food out not covered not turning up at all and no phone call to explain why and not turning up at the hour we requested on the 2 days we asked for early calls as he has appointments on those 2 days, just not happy with the sevice.
Used to work there. But didn't like how the company for managed so decided to leave. However working with residents improved my confidence and skills
