"Not at all interested in patient care"
Awful experience. The maverick, newly qualified owner, seemed irritated by previous patients. This was obvious from his unprofessional conversations with the trainee nurse and her trainer/mentor/boss, while treating me as just a mouth. The trainee just giggled and the experienced one was noticeably trying to get him to stop. I caught her eye signalling to him but he didn’t care. Imagine what he said about me when I left then. He didn’t seem interested in the required follow up treatment and wanted to send me elsewhere, something about going on holiday. But there were other dentists in that practice. Don’t worry, I won’t be back. CQC I’m guessing hasn’t been out for a while.

"Disappointing"
Been with this Practice for many years but since our Dentist has retired, it has gone downhill. I see a different dentist every time I go & they don't seem as thorough as my original Dentist. Recently had a checkup & my original dentist would clean & polish my teeth after the checkup. This didn't happen this time. Quick check up & out of the door. Cold atmosphere & not warm & friendly like it used to be.

I am a regular patient and to my surprise only solution by them for everything is teeth extraction.

The practice seems a little old fashioned, but the dentist knows his stuff. All other staff seem very friendly. Been very happy with the care I receive here. Give all the treatment they can straight away, so you can avoid repeat visits. Happy to keep visiting. The appointment booking system should be updated though, they use a paper diary so it's hard to book annual visits. I'd much prefer an online appointment system, so I can book when I want without having to call or pop in.
