"Really good"
They're okay, quite good. They get me in on time. I got seen last week fairly quickly, they're really good.

The doctors are helpful but appointments are difficult to get as everything is online. I don't like using online. There are so many apps I don't know what to download. The receptionists are helpful but you have to push them and not give up.
My GP has been fantastic providing me with a bridging prescription for hormones whilst the waiting list for the GIC moves at a glacial pace. This has been life changing in the best way and genuinely, with no exaggeration, life saving. I am constantly desperately worried that this could change at any time, with the government making it harder and harder and longer and longer to receive trans healthcare but as things stand at the moment, my GP has saved my life and my livelihood and I have found a peace and contentment I haven't felt since I started puberty (I'm in my thirties now). I went for a promotion at work and got it and am now doing postgrad study, and the testosterone has the bonus of reducing my chronic illness.
They're alright, they're friendly and mostly a good service. It depends if I can get an appointment, they triage things. My husband went for a blood test last week, he had lots of appointments for various things and they were spread out so we asked the nurse to get them to be put all together and she sorted that out. I asked the GP about doing dementia access. The nurses found out and got back to me within the hour, we got him booked in for next week.
Whenever I have needed to see a GP as an emergency they have given me an appointment. You have to wait for ages on the phone. They are very slow.
Booking appointments is a big challenge. Doctors and nurses are very good.
Hard to get appointments, can wait a long time on the phones but will get an appointment. When they do see me, I see the same doctor. They are good.
Easy to use them. The e-consult system is very efficient, I get a response within 24 hours. I'm very happy with it. The reception staff are a bit grumpy as ever.
Diabetic review haven’t had one in over 2 years. Receptionist’s put up a wall of excuses, tell me to go on internet. I want to speak to a human being and speak to someone face to face. Can call at 8am in the morning and be 30th in the queue.
Impressed with how quickly we can get appointments, especially the same day. You do an e consult from online and they send a text message with when the appointment will be.
During covid, they did an online form where you tell them your symptoms and they get back to you by a phone call 3-4 hours later. Or if it's something simple, they send you a text to tell you where they've sent your prescription.
The doctors are responsive. The online triage system isn't great for all services but the doctors navigate it well and we get quick feedback and help. The reception staff are also patient and kind.
Doctors are good but reception staff are very rude & unhelpful.
Very helpful all the time.
Very good and helpful all the time.
Brilliant surgery with understanding and knowledgeable GPs who listen.
One receptionist can be rude but others are lovely.
No baby changing facilities.
I have called up to book a routine blood test that got cancelled, after 45 minute on hold I gave up.
Had bloating and stomach ache for 6 months, as well as other bowel symptoms. Booked an e-consult appointment and was called by a doctor within 24 hours. Had a blood test and in-person appointment within a week. Very friendly staff and much quicker to be seen/to speak to a doctor than pre-pandemic.
During the pandemic the service has become more accessible with its online triage and a response usually within 12-24 hours, including advice, prescriptions, or an appointment to come into practice
Wonderful staff, the doctors are great
Provide a fantastic service in a friendly, professional and empathetic manner.
Provided good service before lockdown and after. You could get emergency consultation on daily basis and never had to wait hours on phone to be answered.
A great many appointments are with trainees and I have had poor advice. However, the nursing service is excellent and I ask for the Senior Nurse.
My Gp practice have been efficient and helpful during the pandemic. They have phoned back quickly when I asked for an appointment.
fairly good difficult to use their online services at times
Always kind compassionate service. Eco silt is easy to use and call back switching times indicated
It used to be tricky to get swift appointments, but since the pandemic it is now easy to get feedback from a GP, whether by phone, or electronically, within the day. It would be good, however, to have a triage service. In the main the medical staff are all very respectful and friendly, which is great. I love that they used to shake your hand and properly introduce themselves at appointments
I've had great service from this doctor's surgery. I can email them with any questions about the eczema and acne I have on my face and within hours they've sent a prescription to a pharmacy for me to pick up. I recommend this surgery to all of my friends.
good experience. always is
Doctors and nurses are very good, supportive and helpful. Reception staff is rude and always in hurry.
GP visit, took a patient to the doctor for alcohol problem. The patient want to stop drinking. The doctor said it will do more harm. Stopping at this stage rather carrying on. They gave information in English to patient who cannot understand English and asked him to contact the people on the leaflet. Doctors should understand the individual needs of the patients.
I have been left for years unsupervised, unsupported, unchecked for years following traumatic child bereavement. I put in a complaint as things were getting worse for me.
Sadly I was then treated with utter lack of respect, dignity, and enhanced services for a while before I was written off the list. This was my doctor for over 10 years. Demoralised, very upset and distressed. I put in review published then deleted like the rest of reviews that spoke of staff behaviours. Thanks.
