Unhelpful staff who don't answer phones, listen to voicemails or respond to emergency prescriptions. Seem unconcerned about the needs of emergency patients in need of essential medication.
Pharmacist refused to take back old medication. The medicines were old and from chemists in Surrey. I live in Birmingham. He was extremely rude about it and had no customer service skills at all

I brought my seven year old daughter into the pharmacy with an ear infection. The pharmacist did not examine her and told me to ring the walk in centre. He was no help at all.

Very rude pharmacist with little in the way of customer service skills. Despite going there many times, not once does he pass any pleasantries. Often had prescriptions which have been made short of prescribed tablets. Just an awful awful pharmacist avoid like the plague !
When I left a review on my experience on google which I felt would be of value to other customers he has now refused to serve me.

I will never go to this pharmacy again. The man behind the counter was very rude. It was clear he doesn't believe in giving good customer service. What's wrong with him? He has an enormous chip on his shoulder. I have doubts about the good reviews placed here. I live locally, and everybody complains about him. Awful man!
I just don’t understand this pharmacy. One person is so rude and another who stands behind the till looks like they are so fed up and huffs and puffs about being there. It’s a late night pharmacy so sometimes it’s my only option and I actually get anxiety about walking in there as the atmosphere is so vile. After all the reviews saying the same thing- why don't they try and change? People are usually ill when they use this shop so why not just be a bit kinder?

Gentleman is very vocal and rude to me. He doesn’t need loud voice and keep pointing and angry. Also, take a long time , I can understand if many patients only one patient’s doing their meds then shouting to me. I feel he is not respectable and kindness.

Had to go here on a bank holiday to get my insulin. They were good, had it in stock and sorted it out for me very quickly. The staff are great too.
Very proficient, If he needs to order a specific medicines, he will tell you the exact time and date to come and get it. Instead of turning up and it’s not being there.
There were other signs, he was clearly not coping. Had more than one days box of deliveries that he had not emptied. Would not get an item that had been prescribed - community pharmacist confirmed was available to him.
The tablets were called fura ... and were 'water' tablets. I had been given 4mg before but they were too drastic. These were supposed to be 2 mg,

On the occasions I have had to use this pharmacy I dread going in. Pharmacist is Consistently rude, unhelpful and obnoxious and always makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Last time I tried to get in with a Pram bags of rubbish were blocking the door (and also inside the shop). He made no attempt to move them so I could get in so I had to do it myself. No apology. When I said that he shouldn’t leave rubbish blocking the entrance he just ignored me and asked what I wanted! Dread to think what would happen if someone in a wheelchair came by. Terrible customer service. This man is so unsuitable for a caring profession.

I was dealt with in a very rude and bad way by the pharmacist, he was always shouting and accusing, like he was literally a crazy person. The guy should not even be in pharmacy let alone serve customers.
I used this pharmacy for maybe half a year. Every single time I went in the main guy in there was probably the rudest member of staff I've ever met; very abrupt, ill-mannered, and nasty. I never responded to the unpleasantness. I have multiple friends who have noticed exactly the same problem. After the 5th time or so I left my mask in the car by mistake upon entry and he shouted "WHERE IS YOUR MASK!?" (I obviously went and got it immediately) as I left, I politely said "just some friendly advice, you come across as very rude to your customers. I don't know if you mean to do it, but it makes me uncomfortable and others have noticed it too. There are nice ways to say things, and at every turn you say it in a nasty way". I also irritated him by suggesting they should have some hand sanitiser by the shared pen everyone uses (which I thought he'd agree with given how angry he got at the mask...).
I went back today to get my medicine this month and was told "your parents have failed you, don't ever come back here again". For some context, I'm a successful hard-working law student who always goes out of my way to help people and be polite. I have only had 1 conversation with this man outside of my name and address, and I said it in such a nice way I cannot see what his problem is. I am now left without anti-depressant medication for up to a week because he deliberately waited for me to return to the store to be nasty to me, rather than just sending my medication back to the GP. This was a nasty and cynical move, designed to embarrass me and 'have the last word', with no regard to the fact that I need this medication to, frankly, not kill myself. I spoke to my GP today and they said that they've had this problem numerous times before with this guy.
Again, without exaggeration, the nastiest member of staff I have ever met. I feel genuinely terrible for the poor people who have to work with this man all day, disgusting person. Please go elsewhere
