"Nurse was lovely the blood test is very easy"
The nurse is lovely the blood test was very easy and not too painful. The reception needs major major improvement they are just rude not wanting to help but doctors are very helpful.

They referred me for pain management and I had a long wait. They give me pain killers but said I needed pain management.
Every time I get an appointment I see a different person. They are good at talking and planning and saying what we can do and how they can help and where they can refer me to but nothing ever gets done. It is very frustrating.
They're okay I go to them when my back is bad. I'm currently waiting for a referral.
I can easily get appointments. Sometimes they rush me because they have other people waiting to see them.
I have been waiting two weeks. I think the reception lady has a problem. They just tell you to go to the pharmacy or walk in every time no matter what the issue. I begged for an appointment and they gave me one during school run time. They did bloods and I had low iron.
It's hard to get an appointment and when I do I don't get to see the correct GP. I'm in the queue for ages when I call them. I end up seeing an ANP then they sent me to see a pharmacist about an hernia. In the end I was referred to UHB but haven't heard anything in two years. My life is affected and all they say is I'm on a waiting list.
I wanted to share how great Pearl medical centre is! So today I was with a friend who had to wait an hour on the phone to talk to her surgery. However Pearl always answers within minutes! So I had to take some time out to appreciate them!
The doctors and staff are also really nice and helpful. They go out of their way for you, which my friend doesn't get at her surgery. She said her doctors don't pay attention to her and tell her to go private.
I definitely recommend them! Seeing how hard the staff works to manage the needs of a deprived area is truly inspiring. Outstanding service!
Clinical and Non clinical staffs are very cooperative. Surgery is neat and clean. Highly recommended
I can’t praise this GP practice enough! They have been absolutely outstanding, always on top of their care. From booking medication reviews to issuing meds on time (even when I forget to order)They're always quick to follow up on blood results etc!
The receptionists are amazing. They always go the extra mile to help! The nurses here are fantastic! Have had the best experience with flu vaccines and child immunisations!
A special shout-out to one of the GPs! They have been the best with my grandma's diabetes management. This practice truly cares about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend! The best GP practice!
It can be really hard to get an appointment but when I do get one the doctors are good. I go on my own now that I am 16, and I feel like the doctors treat me well, like an adult and really listen to my concerns and queries.
Appointments are quite straight to the point.
The staff are okay but I find it difficult to get appointments and feel like I'm going round in circles. If I ring just after 8am, I am told that all of the slots are booked and I have to ring back at 11am. When I ring back the slots are fully booked again. It's very frustrating. When you do get to see the doctors they are very good at least.
The Nurse takes her time does not rush and makes me feel comfortable
They never gave me appointments on time so I left. The service was diabolical.
The doctor referred last year, they're very good. They are a good service and very helpful.
They're not good at all. They missed my dads bowel cancer and misdiagnosed him for years.
The GPs are very rude and they don't understand the patient's needs.
They're good but they can improve their waiting times for both getting appointments and when you're in there waiting to see them as you can wait a while. Then appointments feel rushed because they're running behind.
I see a midwife here and they're very friendly. The issue is that they haven't been updating my medical records properly. I had some tests done a while ago and all of these are blank on my records. I was told I am anaemic in January but they still haven't uploaded the results.
Kind, talkative, emotionally supportive, caring Nurse
excellent in taking bloods, doctors are good, receptionist is helpful, receptionist tried - good customer service
Very good at service, very friendly nurse, receptionist very helpful
doctors give good service
nurse kept me comfortable whilst taking blood test, relaxed

Very Experience explained everything well, very polite, warming,
Nurse very understanding always has time for me
I have been registered for over fifteen years
I wish next appt with the same nurse
The nurse make sure I was very comfortable of my injection as I am always a bit scared
No pain for blood test. The nurse is very excellent, the reception is ok not too bad, the doctors very very good
Excellent service called quickly listen to me nicely , very friendly
Come to see the Nurse she is lovely. She looks after me and the other staff is kind as well
Blood test is excellent without pain
Nurse is very good
The worst service, worst GP ever, not clean and they don't take your concerns seriously.
The GP's are excellent and the staff are very helpful.
I asked the GP to check my eye but he just gave me cream and didn't look at it. I was in there 2 minutes. I spent longer with the receptionist keeping me for 10 minutes as I had to get evidence for college but she didn't believe me. I feel like I am taken more seriously when I go there with my mom.
I can never get an appointment. I have not seen my GP in ages.
The national average is 4 appointments a year, our patients have an average of 10 appointments a year, it is very rare to find someone whom does not get appointments as that is the primary reason our surgery is popular. Phone and speak to me during office hours.
Very hard to get appointments. You can be waiting for days. You can't get any past 8:10am. I am going to change GP.
It's very difficult to get an appointment but the GPs are all excellent.
I can't get an appointment. The reception staff are very rude and need some training in customer service.
The doctors are the same as the rest. Getting worse everyday. Not very helpful at all. You're better off not having a GP.
Very good. They have an automated system that sends reminders and information about results and other things. I was really sick and they gave me the same day appointment.
Reception staff don't have manners at all and they treat patients very poorly. GPs are fine but appointment availability is very poor.
Very difficult to get an appointment. The phone are always busy and you just can't talk to them.
Good. They are alright. Appointments are plenty. I don't use them often but my doctor is good. I have seen the nurse a couple of times too. All has been good.
The midwife is very friendly and kind. She has been very thorough and referred me quickly for a hospital appointment.
The doctors do not listen to their patients and my husband's medical condition got worse as a result. They refused to respond on time and it affected his health for the rest of his life. (high blood pressure).
They only have two doctors and they always tell you to call 111. They are not answering calls which leads to a very bad experience and I had to change my GP.
Good. They give me appointments. I don't have to wait too long for them to answer and I can always get an appointment with who I want to see for that day.
Waiting on the phone for long time, would get one, but would end up changing appointments.
They were fine, they were okay. I could always get an appointment with them but I didn't use them that much.
They ask for feedback in the surgery about our experience. I've not had any issues with them as they are very good.
I phone at 8am, they don't have appointments so phone again. The advanced appointments were easier, they used to offer that a long time ago. I ask for a call back from a prescriber. Trying to make an appointment whilst working is impossible.
I had a couple of experiences of my surgery due to get an appointment and they say ring in the morning to get an appointment but they don’t answer.
Haven’t been able to see them in 2 years. Struggle to get booked in when really poorly. Hard to get an appointment.
They are all right now. Sometimes they are not helpful, tell you to ring in the morning than they don’t answer.
Quite bad, I feel they are quite strict with appointments. If you have a job you can’t access appointments. They ring on the day, long waiting list so can’t get appointments. Just leave it.
I contact them to get my medication, they send the prescription to the pharmacy for me.
Dr Hussain is a disrespectful and ignorant individual. He made himself unavailable to take a 5 minute call to discuss a patients end of life care, and then upon death went out of his way to make the process more difficult, lengthier and disrespectful. He has a rude attitude, the typical south east asian Dr complex, of feeling superior to others, rudely making comments like I’m the Dr and not you! When he has been guilty of negligence and misconduct on many occasions, but due to the type of patients has got away with the same. What a Shameful individual at a worthless practise, the ratings and reviews here reflect the same. Its high time people began to pursue him for his negligence and poor quality care.
Good service provided including face to face appointments and Saturday surgery.
They have encouraged to Adulterate medicine that was anti-psychotic. they knew I was qualified to sue them in court. They also were aware of the CQC report that proved the doctor and nurse at the hospital were covering their backs; and mis-diagnosed me. They failed to comply with duty of care.
It was good experience
Do not go here if you suffer from mental illness. Doctors here very outdated in their beliefs. Mental illness is dismissed and not accepted as being real. Doctor here believes that people with mental illness "should just pull their socks up". Shown complete lack of understanding and concern. Wasn't even asked what was making me feel so ill. Felt like doctor just wanted me out the door. Has made me so down and triggered my depression.
Called for an appointment and told only 2 out of 5 doctors are working? No locum no backup plan just told to call back.
Poor
Terrible
satisfactory but demanding clientle that have been rejected by other GP practices - bless them
I have been with the surgery for over 13 years now and I extremely like the services and staff friendless atmosphere. The surgery has online appointment booking system which made our lives so easy as we don’t need to call the surgery no more and we can book online. My mother is also a patient in the surgery and she always been looked after very good each time when she has her appointment. The dr’s always put hard work to keep patients happy.
I have twin daughters who are 16 month old and GP has not provided care with club foot.
Finally at one year old he finally referred her to children's hospital. The hospital said 6 months GP scans should have been done as breach, Twins and female.
Poor communicated by GP.
GPs need to be trained better in communication. They seem to think they are better than you. There is one GP that is brilliant though.
You can never get appointment there but they keep taking on the NHS patients.
