Its been about two month since PBL Care have been looking after my mum. The carers are always on time and are always very positive and jolly! They always make my mum smile when she is feeling down.
PBL Care look after my grandad and have provided an exceptional service! The carers are always on time and are very friendly. They usually stay over the time that is required, and when it was my grandads birthday they had provided a gift for him. This is the first company that has organised a Christmas party where they invited my grandfather and he had an excellent time which they still talk about. They had given him gifts and he didn't even have to pay to attend. Thank you to the whole PBL Care team!
