"Rushed at appointments"
They don't pick up the phones, they just rush and give you medication. It takes a long time to get an appointment.

Every time I get through on the phone I have got an appointment straight away.
I had to change doctors because they said he needs a Solihull doctor because of CAHMS. They're useless could be a lot better.
