"Easy to arrange appointments"

Good. I just came from there as I had an injection with the nurse this morning. It was really easy to arrange and to get a doctors appointments is the same.

"No appointments"

Nightmare. I tried to call for an ear infection. They had no appointments. I called the next day and they sent me to Sheldon.
