"Helpful as they're open late"
They're very good and helpful. Medication is always available and they talk to you. They're open late too which is helpful.

Rubbish, the whole system stinks. It's better to go through A&E. I have lost faith in the system. They don't care about patients.
All appointments are online. I have to ask someone else to book it for me. I had to have several blood tests because they only tested one of the factor.
I’ve been calling multiple times to try to get an appointment but the receptionists are rude and try to fob me off and belittle me. As a result my health issue isn’t resolved yet.
I use the pharmacy for my prescriptions. They always have good stock. The staff are friendly and greet you like friends.
The pharmacy dispenses straight away so I can pick it up without any problems.
Unhelpful GPs, they don't listen to you. My GP is not referring me.

They were rubbish. Never any appointments at all. So I ended up changing my GP as they just didn't care about their patients.
They're okay. I used them the other day but it took like two weeks to get the appointment. The wait was long. If it's an emergency the would give me a same day one. The staff including doctors and receptionists are good and always helpful.
It is hard to reach them. They don't pick up the calls. The staff are good though and it is clean there.
My repeat prescriptions come to the pharmacy here. They are very quick in sorting them out.

I try not to use them that often. I would rather use home remedies. The times I have used them they have been okay, but it's strictly on a needs must basis. The staff and GP are polite enough too.

Very difficult to get an appointment. I have to chase up for my test results all the time. Reception ask us to go to urgent care centre.
I find them good. My husband went and he didn't find them good as he was given an exercise to do.

It is sometimes good but sometimes bad. Appointments are very late and face to face appointments are always with different doctors. They take a long time on the phones and there's never any appointments. It's long.

A very helpful GP. They diagnosed issues with my kidney function and I was referred to the kidney clinic at the QE.
The GP's are not the best but in general they are okay. I call at 8am because if you don't call then the phone line just gets cut off. They book a couple of weeks in advance . It's hard to get a same day appointment.
The midwife is really good, amazing and always helpful.

My daughter had a stroke which wasn't picked up by the GP. The GP referred her in November, I chased it every month and the referral was not picked up till February.
Referred from GP to speech therapist, long process had a telephone interview. Then we had follow up appointment to help us deal with his none verbal. GP’s better now and back to face to face appointments especially for under 15s can get appointment quite easily.
Yesterday I called for an appointment. Started ringing at 8am (when phone lines open) and couldn't get through as surgery had reached 'full capacity'. 42 calls later, I finally got through only to be told there were no appointments available and call back tomorrow as there will be a great and an IEP available. Again today I started calling at 8am. Got through a lot quicker, call was answered by 8.15am but again no appointments available. I repeated what the receptionist told me yesterday but got told other people called before you and there were only a few appointments available. I am fuming, I am off work and need to see a GP as soon as possible. Total rubbish service. Would never recommend this surgery to anyone.
