"Very unsatisfactory"
Care staff are un professional always on the phones whilst in our home, moaning about other carers and management.
They are in and out of our home with in 5 minutes regardless of the time provided by continuing healthcare but we are told
By the office that this is justifiable because my nans needs are never the same because she’s palliative care and bed bound. Of course this means dignity and respect go out the window!
No communication from the office when carers are late or not turning up and when I call the office management are rude and quickly try to get you off the phone.
And having carers to help us is suppose to make it easier and allow us more time to spend with our Nan

"The kindest carers and managers ever"
Kind so kind and thoughtful from day one. Information from the managers was very thorough but its the peace of mind knowing that i dont have to worry. My mum is being looked after by the best. There office always keeps me updated. During covid everyone was so professional.

"Avoid like plague, break items and lie to you"
Have broken items in house, allocated 1/2 hr and in and out in 10 mins, amalgamate 2 calls into 1 after being told no, left urine bag taps open leaking on floor, left faeces bags lying in house, not lifting patient right causing infections, untrained staff,,, i have an official complaint in with BCC and CQC.

Shocking management after recent changes in the office staff. Poor management and
Seniors they speak down
Ro their staff as is they are children with lack of communication and Favouritism for managements friends and family.
They don’t care about duty of care compassion or empathy, they preach to the care staff about call duration but don’t lead by example in and out of service users houses with in minutes. These people are just numbers on a spread sheet that make them money.

Dont stick to rules and cant meet the care that I need what a waste of tax payers money all comes down to bad management

We have used omnia for nearly two years now ... absolute incredible carers, we couldn’t have my nanny at home if it wasn’t for them, they take all the good and the bad days with a dementia service user in their stride. Nothing is too much for them and they are always going above and beyond not only for my nanny but for us too ..... very friendly staff which we can have a joke with and that makes the world of difference for us. Everybody over time has an issue with a service they use it wouldn’t be natural if you didn’t but with the minor issues we’ve had over the time they’ve been rectified immediately. I would 100% recommend this company

ive been working for omniasupport now for 5 years ,and i would never change my job i love my service users and the staff are just great there all nice to get on with and we are like one big family and look after each other ,the mangers always support us in anyway they can

I cant move my hands much now or pick things up and find every day life very hard if it was not for my carers I dont no what i would do Ive been in and out of hospital so many times but omniasupport have always been there for me they even do my shopping and pick my meds up thankyou all

Omnia Support Ltd management and carers have gone above and beyond to support me, I was not able to walk after I had a stroke, the carers supported and encouraged me daily and today I feel a lot more independent.

My mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness the support we recived from Omnia Support was outstanding from the detailed risk assessment to ensure my mothers needs were met to the fullest and to make her last weeks with us as comfortable as possible.
Knowing we could rely on the care and support of Omnia Support gave us the chance to spend moms last weeks knowing she was cared for and comfortable, we were able to be there for her as her family with out worrying about the care side of things.
When mom sadly passed the care and office staff were still offer us support and reassurance from kind words over the telephone to the lovely heartfelt card we received with their condolences.
I will be eternally grateful.
