"Brilliant"
They have been brilliant with him.
They have been brilliant with him.
Appointments can be made online and over the phone. Very easy. I'm listened to and given good care.
It's alright and I can get appointments when I need them. They're all helpful in that sense. They will tell me to call 111 or go to the pharmacy if they can't give me an appointment.
They're okay. They do online appointments. They have had the system for over a year and it's easy to use.
Fair. Difficulty getting through the queue. You call a certain time in the morning and if you miss them you can wait longer.
Big shout out to them, I can't fault them.
For many conditions they want you to go to the local pharmacy but I want to see my qualified GP for advice or the nurse.
The GP has been no help. I rang them to refer onto OT and that was a battle. They gave me an online course which wasn't helpful at all.
I find it difficult as the GP is sarcastic. Not understanding of the needs of an autistic child. They brush things off. The receptionist is rude and sarcastic too when trying to book appointments.
I was with them for more than 10 years. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Great care provided over the years.
A good practice. Earlier the appointment system was bad, very busy but now it's online and a form. They call back the same day which is very convenient.
Over the years the GPs have provided a great service.
It's alright. They have changed the appointment system making it harder to book appointments. I can't go in to book I have to go on the phone which is unhelpful.
Every time I want a prescription it takes a long time. Sometimes they're harsh with Muslims, it's their facial expressions and the way they speak. They don't listen, especially if the language is poor. They have a problem with anyone wearing hijab.
Getting appointments is difficult and staff are not very helpful.
Very good when I registered with them. I can see the midwife there easily and have never struggled to get a GP appointment. I have recently moved.
Very good podiatry. I am waiting for inserts to be made. If i need to go back the GP can refer me to it under an open discharge.
I'm not happy with my GP. It is horrible. My GP said they can't give me repeat prescriptions from here. They told me I had to go and buy it on my own. They are not kind at all.
I am severely hearing impaired and live alone, unable to make or receive telephone calls. My GP practice is very understanding and accepts me making appointments by personal visit. They communicate with me via text or email. Have always been given appointment same day or day later. Exemplary care.
I went there for a covid vaccine the other day and they were very good. It's not my usual doctors but I was worried about having the jab done but they reassured me. They were very good.
They're okay I suppose. I think they'll see me more because of my kidneys but the hospital will help me with that too. The doctors are okay though.
I went there for blood tests two weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the results. They take ages to get back with results.
They could do better. I was trying to get an appointment for my daughter who had a chest infection. They said they don't deal with them anymore and they booked her an appointment at Lordswood GP practice. They also used to prescribe antihistamines and they said I can't have them prescribed and they said I have to buy them but I can't get them in the same strength. The receptionists think that they are the doctors. I called 56 times before someone answered.
For blood pressure tablets they should be doing blood tests every 6 months but are not doing it. Had a fracture in shoulder and they gave me strong medicine and referred me for x-rays, they said I will get the results in 7 days.
Receptionist asks what’s wrong, and I don’t want to disclose that info. They don’t call back at time they say they will. Literally took me 120 calls to get through this morning to book a telephone appointment. Now I am waiting and they haven’t called back when they said they will. I called back again and they said doctor is working remotely and someone will call in in next hour. I can’t wait all day as I am at work. It’s not convenient.
My experience with woodgate health centre has always been excellent! I have been patient there for over 40 years and have always had first rate advice from caring doctors and reception staff! Very glad you are there for us!
I got my Covid vaccination there, they are brilliant.
Difficult to get an appointment as they are only available on the same day. But if you get an appointment it’s very good.
Can’t get appointment. Medical review on phones. Can’t get them face to face and say they only see people face to face if it’s an emergency or something if they need to see you for.
Never get through to them. When you do can’t get an appointment and its all over the phone. Its dependent on what its for to see them face to face. You just don’t bother. Had a chest infection rang three times and they gave me inhaler.
The communication between the rececpton or the electronic form to the GP is poor. The person dealing with the request given doesn't read or understand the patients requirement. The GP surgery have to be reminded repeatedly about any requests. There is no option to book appointments online.
They have non medical receptionist triaging appointments. As far as I am aware you CANNOT book a F2F appointment. No wonder ED depts are overwhelmed when the primary care centres don't make it easy to see a doctor.
I’ve been with the surgery a number of years an it just gets worse, half the decent staff nurses an doctors have left. And where do I start with the reception there attitude is shocking they speak to you like absolute dirt!! They need to remember they are just receptionist they seem to forget!
v difficult to get appointment even in normal times
Very welcoming and well-organised. Medical staff were very reassuring and volunteers could not have been more hepful.
Many thanks for your very positive feedback. It is very much appreciated by all concerned.
Excellent - really well organised.
Many thanks for your positive feedback. It is nice to be appreciated whilst being part of the Covid Vaccination campaign.
I was processed by efficient caring staff & volunteers throughout the centre, which felt reassuring that I was in good hands & my health & safety was a priority.
Many thanks for your positive feedback. It was our priority to ensure the safety of both patients and staff whilst receiving their vaccine. It is reassuring to know that we achieved this results.
Well laid out efficient and felt comfortable with whole vaccine process
Many thanks for your positive feedback, it is very much appreciated. The covid vaccination clinic was a challenge for everybody involved and it is nice to know that we achieved a positive outcome for our patients
Well signposted at my local gp surgery. Not happy they did not organise the parking here. Dumping cars all over place.
Very good
Very good signs, friendly staff around to show people were to go
Professional. Well run. Polite. Considerate.
Centre very efficient and so well organised everyone knows what to do, from volunteers to medical staff, as quickly and as pleasantly as possible. Clear safety markings and safe distancing measures. Queues move quickly and safely. Marquee was a bit cold in the snow, but bearable for 15 minutes. Would recommend people to get their vaccinations.
My GP is very good & helpful. Doctors are very good but getting an appointment is challenging at times.
Many thanks for your kind words about our GP\'s. I am sorry, that you find the appointment system challenging at times, however we are continually reviewing and amending the system as and when we feel it is appropriate to do so. Once again thank you for your feedback.
Hard to get an appointment, however services of doctors is ok
