"Really good but always late"
Really good and easy to get appointments and follow ups on how the meds are working. You have to wait for about 30 minutes to get into your appointment though. Never seen on time.

You get appointments quick but they don't discuss issues with you if you have a referral appointment.
I am not happy with the service provided by my GP surgery. I cannot get appointments when I need one. You have to call at 3pm on the dot to be in with any chance and it is very hard to even get through.
Long waits to get an appointment.
Long waits to get an appointment. You wait a long time for your appointment too. The care is pretty good from the GPs to the nurses.
Excellent care and support provided over the years.
A good practice. They have good availability of appointments. The staff are very approachable.
It's good. I can get same day appointments.
I am happy with all services here. No problems.
I can get appointments easily but it's moved to online now and if the internet isn't working I can use the phone which is helpful. The staff are friendly and they have referred my daughter on to the Children's.
Really good. I can get appointments with them. I have no issues with them really. Good, kind staff and they're helpful. I feel that they care and are there to listen. I don't feel rushed at all during the appointment.
I can get appointments so they're good. They listen to me and my problems. I haven't experienced any long waits.
Horrible to get through to them but can get appointments. I don't give up.
Quite good.
They keep sending me text messages with the wrong name on it and sending through the wrong information. It's taking ages to get an appointment. I'm not happy about them sending text messages to the wrong patient.
They're fine. Other than waiting for them to answer when you call, they're fine.
Can get through to them, quite alright. Not straight away can get an appointment but they will give me one for another day
Alright. I can get appointment. Can ring in the morning and if they can’t, they get me in the afternoon.
GP is good but have to spend whole day calling for an appointment.
Don't know who my doctor is at the minute, I see a variety of doctors. I see the diabetic nurse and that's good, they're okay. I have problems with my eyes. I feel like they experiment with the medication they give me. They've given me all sorts of diagnoses, some of them I don't understand. It's annoying.
We can never get in touch with them at all. No support provided at any level for my Autism & learning disability.
Back in May I went with a tummy problems & they diagnosed it as cancer and provided full support.
It's good. I have diabetes, they told me I need to prick my finger to test me blood.
Rude staff who slag patients off and abrupt Drs who don't listen to any of there patients! They also spend more time chatting and eating in the reception area rather than the job they are paid to do. The practice needs to be taken over by a group of Dr's thst will be professional and care about their patients and not belittle them!!
Okay
