"Good and bad"
Good and bad. If you can get an appointment you have to first turn up at 8am. No continuity of care, you never see the same GP twice.

I have not been able to see my own GP. They don't tell me when it's a locum and agency staff. It's very dangerous just getting calls from any GP. Also the public should turn up for their appointments and not waste them, the public are to blame for not turning up to their appointments and not cancelling them.
My husband has been with them for the last 20 years. He is full of praise for them.
I have coeliac disease and on a gluten free diet. They have to do the endoscopy for further treatment but I've waiting for the last 8 months. It's a long wait.
Rude receptionists, can never see a doctor, can never see a nurse, never answer the phone.
I had to go there as I was really unwell. My temperature was high after I had a knee operation. With all the symptoms I had they called me an ambulance to go straight to A&E but none were available so a friend took me straight to the assessment department at the hospital.
I was very happy with the referral time and communication. Very pleased overall.
Very good over the last few years. They sent a referral straight away. I have waited 3 months for a hip operation. You can get appointments here too.
I will give them 5 stars as their communication is very good. We can get appointments easily too.
I rang them to make an earlier appointment and they didn't call me back so I went to the original appointment and they referred me onto the QE. I am waiting to get results.
Terrible so sad made my mental health worse staff no compassion they could see I was upset no patient with mental health should join this surgery they discriminated my condition
I am very pleased and satisfied by the high level of treatment and care received over the years, especially during covid.
There is ease in contacting the GP and for services such as medication and blood tests.
I can never get hold of them in the morning. Once you get through they're fine. They do prioritise children. Adults not so much but they're fine.
Getting to see your GP on time is a consuming activity. You have to spend 3 hours on the phone and 2 hours whilst waiting in the surgery. After all that effort they see you for 10 minutes which is a joke.
Having been a patient of this surgery for nearly 30+ years, I always felt that the doctors genuinely cared about their patients. But over the last 5 years, the service has fallen apart and as a patient feel totally abandoned by the practice. My entire immediate and extended family are registered at this practice, and all, regardless of age or condition, are struggling to access any services. Average appointment waiting time is 2/3 weeks for an initial telephone consultation, then another 2/3 weeks if a face to face is agreed. This is the standard practice now, no face to face without a prior telephone consultation…and it can take days of calling to actually get through to the reception, with many of the receptionists clearly under pressure and consequently very combative or defensive, to the point of making it uncomfortable for a patient to call, especially if you call regarding test results. On many occasions I have been “told off” for calling for these, as “they would call me if it was serious”, but that’s missing the point, many patients want reassurance, not left in limbo, waiting indefinitely…especially if you happen to suffer with anxiety or ptsd related issues.
They are okay, able to see them all the time.
They are brilliant and very helpful.
You can’t get through to them sometimes and when you need an appointment it can take a while. But the GP’s are good when you can see them. It’s just the time it takes.
GP still doing everything there through the phone. Hard to get an appointment, nobody there if you go to surgery.
Very good haven’t had to see doctor but they do call me, doctor helped to apply for blue badge, they phone me and make appointments for blood tests and then notify me. rarely have to contact them.
I'm very grateful, they do take longer to give you an appointment now since covid and it's all over the phone. When I did see them about my condition, they did see me and get it sorted.
The staff will book appointments for dad, he has been waiting a while for an ear syringe appointment but the staff at the home continually chase it up and have finally got him one.
Unfortunately I have been with this GP for a fair few years now and it seems to only be getting worse. Today I had to call after the dr's lost my prescription request. 30 minutes on hold, then it says its lunch and the lines closed, opens again at 13:30, 13:30 comes around and until 13:37 the phone still said "our lines are currently closed" receptionist was beyond rude and when I told her I was a patient with severe MH issues & disabilities who needed her medication and had been left without it because of a Dr mistake she was not happy, I then said I would complain to the CQC and the phone was slammed down on me.
Very happy and satisfied with my GP.
Appalling, had many issues with them retrieving my medical records, issuing incorrect prescriptions and no appointments available in a resonable time frame
Having to travel to another site for appointments
Very difficult to get through to get an appointment, tried 3xs on each occasion held on for more than 30 mins on all occasions had to go to a walk in clinic on all 3 xs as cldnt get through
Great all the way through the pandemic helped at every time with my coil my sons mmr needle illness's I've had.
I have nothing but praise for the practice and I have never had an issue with Reception. I feel it is important to point out the positive but I thoroughly understand other peoples experiences will be different to mine and they must complain.
Its been good up until covid situation it would be more better if they could start more face to face with the gps the only face to face appointments are with nurses not the GP.
Extremely poor. The GP's are trying to practice on video calls instead of getting back into the surgeries. You have a hernia and they want a video call. You have to wait in a queue for 1/2 hour to then have to convince a receptionist that you need to see a doctor. Get some more resources to cope with the demand.
Hospitalised with COVID 4 months ago. Have symptoms of long covid. Back at work managing care home but need advice and support from my GP unable to get appointments let alone a phone consultation. Where is the duty of care.
Impossible to get a face to face appointment. How can a foot problem be diagnosed correctly over the phone?
I have to wait ages on the phone and really hard to book an appointment
Lockdown services have been somewhat strained
Telephones constantly ring out. Poor initial contact with receptionists when they do answer the phone. GPs never call back when they say they will. Prescriptions have been written out wrong, the practice is a shambles.
Contacted twice and had telephone consultations the same day.
Phone initially, call back promptly from GP. Regular calls to check up since.
They are very good, friendly and helpful. They understand my son’s needs. He has anxiety and mental health issues.
Good appointment availability.
Can be a nightmare, call at 8am and end up in a queue. They do a call back system so you can keep your space in the queue and haven't got to hold on. Depending on what it is, they'll call you or make a regular appointment for in 2 weeks time.
