"Very good and polite too"
Very good with urgent appointments. GP is great and listens. They give good advice and are accommodating. The receptionist is very polite too.

The took me off the list as I hadn't been for a long time. I didn't know they could do that.
I took my son to the GP three times and they didn't listen when he had chicken pox for 15 days. They said it would go away but it got worse and he ended up in hospital.
Good GP and can get appointments easily.
The last few times has been easier but normally they say to call again in a few days. They do an online form but many people can't or don't use it. People complained about it and they took their feedback on board I think.
Here it's hard to get a GP appointment and I get different doctors. Hard to get appointments for my child too.
No hope in making appointments. Have to fill in forms and then a week later you might get an appointment.
Booking appointments is okay. The only problem is they don't allow me to order medication over the phone and I have to go in and then they are late and do not send to the pharmacy. They don't reply to emails from the hospital about her medication either.
I booked another appointment and that time I met a different doctor. He was so nice he listened to me carefully, gave me medications as well as advice. He also gave me lotions for my condition. So I feel how can one doctor say no which was said previously.
First appointment I had was with the doctor. I went for acne he gave me some antibiotics but they did not work. He said I need to wait and again he put me on medicine. I asked for something else as well and he said he could not do anything for that.
This is a good surgery. The doctors are good and I've always found them very helpful. The only issue is that it can be difficult to get appointments at times.
Overall this is a good service. I can get appointments when needed and the doctors are good. My only criticism is that they have not been helpful with my recent breast cancer concerns.
I can usually get an appointment when I need one and the doctors are okay when I see them.
I don't go often, I'm fairly healthy. I would say regarding my daughter, I am a little disappointed. She has eczema, she has cream, it's not really working. We want to see a skin doctor. After 10 years we got a referral. She finally got an appointment.
They have not been good. You have to wait for up to 4-6 weeks to get an appointment.
The doctor I saw was a brilliant doctor
It's not easy to get an appointment.
It was lovely once you got to see someone. It was difficult to get an appointment and the receptionists would be so frustrated as they couldn't do much.
It's good and the doctors are nice.
Good but waiting for an appointment is long.
They are one of the best surgeries I have been to. I have been visiting this practice since my younger days and they are absolutely brilliant, I have no complaints at all.
A good experience. They did a check up which took a long time to get as I had to call about 50 times and then they made the appointment for a month later. I think that was because it was just a check up and not a medical need.
Good. If you can't get an appointment they will tell you to call 111. The GP did refer me which was good.
I was a patient at the surgery, they kept changing doctors, wasn't listening to my issues, passing blame to other authorities. I was left feeling angry, confused and let down by a system that claims to help. This is not a good surgery.
They're very good. I can get appointments but I don't use them often because I don't need to. They are okay when I need them and very helpful.
I went for an urgent appointment a couple of times and the GPs were very helpful and caring.
111 send me there sometimes for appointments when my GP won't see me. They are very helpful, more than my GP and you don't wait long. They give me medication. They are helpful and make me better.
The Pharmacy was not prepared for my appointment for Flu & Covid vaccinations. Floor was dirty. Room for vaccinations had open bags of prescription paperwork (data protection breach). Staff x 2 Pharmacists both very slow finding & entering information on the vaccine into computer. Seemed confused what to do. Did NOT have any stock of COVID vaccine as "supply issue". I was eventually given my Flu vaccination late.
This service is really good.
No appointments at all. I have not seen a GP in a year.
They're alright. It can be hard getting an appointment. It's got better now though.
Maternity wise, I haven't had any issues. I recently tried to get a GP appointment thinking I wouldn't get one, but to my surprise, they gave me one. Sometimes it can be a long time waiting when I have to take my son, which can be hard handling a kid. I believe for toddlers you should not have to wait long.
Very good GP. They have helped my brother who has special needs. I will give them 5 stars.
I am quite happy with the service provided. Reception staff are quite helpful.
Terrible. They dismiss everything you say. They prescribe antibiotics without assessing you. They don't want to give you an appointment in person it is always over the phone. That wasn't working for me. I am glad to have left them.
Sometimes I feel that they are good. Sometimes reception staff can be rude. They are good at getting you an appointment and at another surgery if you need it.
Bad service and waiting times. Everything is bad.
They're good. I can get appointments with them and they are helpful. The staff are kind and very good.
They're good. Can get an appointment on time. Good service. I don't have any issues with them.
They give a good service and respect the patients. Reception team is excellent.
Very good if you are able to get them on the phone, which may take ages.
Lucky if you can get an appointment. You can go online, call them and you don't get one. They either give you a date for a future appointment or you ask for an emergency. But it was easier to get an appointment during lockdown. Had to wait 1.5 hours for an appointment and the surgery is empty.
Doctors and nurses are great. Receptionists on their mobiles. Receptionist on phone was rude had nose in the air and signalled to me to go away. I Sat and waited half hour went pass my appointment. Receptionists said should have checked machine which wasn't working anyway, hence resulting In rushed appointment.
No baby services, no walk in services to get baby weighed. Hard to get appointment have to give information to receptionist who then decides whether you get appointment. Expect you to keep children off school in case they need to see them this is not always possible.
Disgusting had allergic reaction to penicillin, told it was heat rash. Never get appointment not even for diabetic check-up. Have to wait.
There's no long waits. I've been waiting long for a referral but I am going to speak with them to see if there is help in the mean time. But they are good and helpful.
No issues, they contact my dad for appointments, then they call me in.
They have sent me over to a service in Small Heath which is 4 buses away and it's not very helpful with my problems. They are good but not for me.
How could doctor tell a person with mental health issues that they got some sort of disease.. not looking at my file oh wow wanted to take my skin of when I got back.. how doctors can do that.. seriously not good... told by 3 different doctors 3 different issue's I might have...given 3 different creams none of which worked crack is I speak to a doctor why don't they hear whats coming out my mouth... only look an say it could be this could be that na got to be this.. are they seriously for real..
Each time we call they say have no appointments and to go to urgent care or 111. But my son is diabetic he had a temperature and ketones were 0.6, they still wouldn’t see him. I was ill at the time too but the service is not good. They send you everywhere and you cannot access them, what is the point.
The Doctor was rude and unprofessional and passive aggressive for no reason and couldn’t even complete a simple form I will be changeing surgery since previous dr has gone the surgery has gone down hill and I will be taking this further legal
They referred my son to the Paediatrician. I can get through to them. New doctor is amazing. She got us in touch with Paediatrician and they got in contact. NHS hospitals have passed me from pillar to post. With my doctor I can get appointments.
I called the doctors for an appointment for my back ache as I was in a lot of pain, I called to get an appointment and I could not get through on the phone, so I walked down to the surgery, and they said there were no appointments for 6 weeks even though I begged them. I then ended up going to the hospital as I was in that much pain.
Always trouble in sending my prescription to pharmacy. When you speak them they don’t take me seriously which cause depression and anxiety.
I've always found the receptionists and drs very helpful, and nice. The one complaint I did have, it was dealt with immediately by the practice manager.
You could be in a que for a hour waiting for them to pick the phone or get cut off after 25 min saying caller 4 but waiting for anything from 30 min to a hour and on repeat reception ask you do it online when many old Asain don't have new updated phones. If you call Surgery they don't pick phone , when they do they give you a telling off and say do it online next time.
Okay
Always have time for you, friendly doctors, are extremely helpful.
Dear Patient,
Thank you for your comments about our practice, I am happy you found us helpful and friendly
Many thanks
Tracey
