"Rubbish"
Rubbish. I don't use them that often but when I do it's rubbish.

I can make an appointment on the NHS app and when I speak to them, they listen well. I have no complaints.
You can send them a message on their website and they get back to you almost straight away. So responsive and care for my mom so well.
Very difficult to get appointments and on the same day. The line is always engaged and by the time you get through all of the appointments are gone.
I am very happy and satisfied with the care and support provided.
I manage to get same day appointments. The consultations were over the phone.
A really good GP, no problems with them. I can get appointments when needed.
I have no concerns with them or my GP. When I call they answer. The people who say they don't get answers from their GP are those that ask ten questions. You can only ask about 1 at a time. My GP is about 8 minutes walk and when I can't get through, I take a walk there. I tell my friends to ask the right questions and you will get positive responses.
I have to wait for hours on the phone to get an appointment. The GP and nurses are very helpful.
The reception staff need proper training in communication. They're rude.
They will come out to me when I need them and they're quite good. They listen and give me medication.
GP service since adopting online triage is very good, easy to get an appointment.
They only give you appointments sometimes. They are improving as I have learnt how to go online and book appointments now so I can get one.
Everything until now has been excellent and I've had no issues or complaints about anything.
Brilliant. They gave us good information about support groups after she was diagnosed with dementia. They have been ever so helpful. Wonderful really.
The doctor has been okay for me but my wife has been waiting for a referral for a couple of months and it's meant to be urgent. We haven't heard anything.
It's impossible to get an appointment. If I am lucky to get an appointment then the GP rushes through things and don't listen to me.
I just message them in the morning and they just call back to arrange an appointment for the same day but depends upon the urgency.
Good. They're trying to get me sorted, they had a plan and are really good.
It used to be 9 out of 10 but it now has a new appointment system online. It's awkward to use. It is very good that they have a pharmacy inside which is helpful but the digital system is useless. They even deregistered me because I hadn't been to them for a while. So I had to re-register with them.
Spotlessly clean, the toilets are well equipped and everything is good.
The doctors are very good but it's very difficult to get an appointment.
It's okay but getting a face to face appointment is a big problem. Telephone calls are not too bad.
Difficult getting face to face appointments. I had an excellent follow up after securing an appointment via the website.
Excellent GP, who cares for his patients and go an extra mile to facilitate the patients.
I am very happy and satisfied from my GP.
The surgery is good. All the vaccination was on time for my children. I can get appointments, it works really well.
I used them for my whole family. It was very good.
Doctors and nurses are excellent but reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
I will give them 4 stars. At times it's very difficult to get an appointment. GPs and nurses are very kind.
Hit and miss. Some GPs are really good and they care. Some of them make you question it. I had a recent experience with my 5 year old that has a cortisol deficiency. I had her checked as she hadn't grown. The first GP was wonderful and contacted the Children's. They told me to arrange a follow up and get bloods done. I arranged for the same doctor and when I got there it was a different one who didn't have a clue what the history was or why my daughter was there. They didn't read previous notes, I found her really unhelpful.
Really good and never had any problems. I find it surprisingly easy to get appointments for myself and daughter. They prioritise children. Really really good.
A lot more GPs available, lots more options. Very good communication. I have used their online system. After hearing my symptoms over the telephone they arranged a non urgent appointment within 3 days. I find them brilliant.
Very helpful and caring staff. Always very helpful. We can get appointments very easily.
I have got a wonderful GP. She listens to our concerns and provides excellent support.
They called us for our covid and flu vaccinations on time. The reception team are always helpful.
They have taken great care of my son, all of his vaccinations were on time and I can get appointments for him straight away.
Excellent appointment system, you can get the same day very easily now.
I have received excellent care from the GPs and nurses. Since covid it has been more difficult to get appointments. Reception staff do their best to get you one if possible.
A great GP practice. They see my son when needs be. They make appointments which you can wait a while for.
I was left for an hour in the waiting room for my appointment. I was told the GP was catching up on paperwork. That hasn't just happened to me, others have said the same thing too.
We find them quite easy. We can get appointments with them very easily. The doctors are brilliant and take their time with us. Very good.
It has been rubbish. The appointments are so bad. I have to fill an email in to get an appointment. I have to wait a month to get an appointment. The NHS is very bad.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The system for booking an appointment is very confusing and complicated. You can't get an appointment straight away. First they call and then based on the phone call they decide whether to give you an appointment.
I phoned for an appointment 7 days ago and they said someone would call me back. No one has called me back since then.
It takes ages to get through. I called them today and waited 40 minutes then they put the phone down. You can't do anything online. So I have to go in and ask them because they didn't answer the phones. Doctors are good when you do see them but they need a better phone service and to answer them.
They're good. They got me all the dermatology appointments booked quickly. At the moment it has all been good to get appointments with the GP.
The best I have ever had. You can get same day appointments. They're so busy but they're excellent. Pharmacy on site is brilliant. I can't fault them at all.
Tried going on line to a blue screen waiting on the phone so far 46 minutes
It's a lot of hassle to get a GP appointment. Like you have to spend 2 hours on the phone to a 10 minute appointment.
A very helpful and kind GP. Always listens to you and gives the right advice.
It's swings and round a bouts . I've never had a problem getting through or getting an appointment. I just had to move house so I've moved surgery.
They have just gone terrible. My son kept having reoccurring infections and they just wouldn't see him. They were terrible. I ended up moving because of this.
Really good, hasn’t taken long to get appointment at hospital. This has been really quick. Really good as long as I ring at 8am or book online. Can get same day appointment.
Only had a text to say make an appointment for flu jab, was able to make the appointment easily.
Had my emergency X-ray and on 9th Jan 2020 had first appointment with consultant and in Nov 2020 had first hip done and on 2nd April 2021 had 2nd hip done. Gave me option of three hospitals QE, ROH and west midlands hospital. Private hospital was fantastic.
Not easy to call them, you have to wait, you can call 20 times. Not easy to get an appointment at all. When you do get through, they give you a large window that they can call you back in, so you feel restricted and like you can't do anything. I rang them in severe pain and the receptionist told me it was not an emergency and that the GP would call me back within 4 hours. I was in that much pain I ended up going to A&E. The GP makes you feel like there is no help.
Was referred by doctor because of a mole, took no time getting an appointment. They saw me Looked at my mole and said they would refer me as they thought it looked cancerous. They said I would wait up to 3 weeks for an appointment but they had a cancellation at QE and was seen within a couple of days.
They are alright. I am happy with them, can get appointments. But problems with calling if you don’t call early enough you don’t get anything.
They're alright, I am happy with them. I can get appointments, but there are problems with calling, if you don't call early enough you don't get anything.
They're okay, Can't get appointments not even over the phone sometimes.
Very hard sometimes to get an appointment. Staff are friendly.
Can’t get through to them. I am really sad I’ve been with them since last 20 years.
Good reception staff, attentive doctors and nurses. The doctors kept in touch by phone with me and my wife with our bp problems and arranged a face to face consultation and a speedy hospital appointment when I required it.
I gave an important form for a dementia patient to a receptionist to pass on to the dr for completion on 26/7/21. On 10/8/21 i visited the surgery checking on the progression of the form and was told someone would ring me that day but if they didn’t I should ring the following day. When I rang the following day i was told the form was passed on to the doctor the previous day, TWO WEEKS after I had dropped it off! I remarked “how can it take two weeks to pass on a form?!” so the receptionist said I could make a complaint. Obviously my second visit prompted them to pass on the form. I understand the nhs is stretched atm and I have accepted my friend with dementia isn’t receiving the medical support he needs but merely passing on an important form should not be too much to ask
Excellent service even through this pandemic. A doctor has phone me at home a numerous occasions to monitor my blood pressure and change of drugs together with in surgery blood tests.
Always very helpful, good response times in speaking to a doctor, they also make you aware that there is the online app Livi for video appointments.
Easy to get an appointment if you don't mind which Dr you see. Can be more tricky if there is a particular Dr you are comfortable with. Some reception staff are more helpful than others.
Very difficult to get an appointment. I have a shoulder and joint problem and getting to see my GP was so difficult that I have gone for private treatment for which I have to pay, which I shouldn’t be.
Problems trying to get home visits.
Lack of feedback for blood tests.
Problems trying to talk to surgery on behalf of my elderly neighbour as I am not family.
We offer home visits to patients that are not medically able to attend our practice. We cannot discuss a patient with someone else without their consent.
I and my family have had good experiences with the doctor's surgery. The main problem we have had is to do with getting doctor's appointments.
To get an appointment on the day you need to call after 8.30am, sometimes you can spend up to 20/25 minutes constantly calling to get through to get an appointment that day.
To try to find out when a certain doctor is in to follow up from a previous appointment can be difficult the reception staff are sometimes reticent to let you know.
I know in theory it shouldn't matter which doctor you see, but when you are following up it is easier and more comfortable to see the doctor who referred you, or a doctor you are more comfortable with.
Demand to see GPs is usually very high which is why it can be difficult to get through on the telephone early morning. Many patients find booking appointments on-line more convenient. You can contact our reception to get your password to access our on-line services.
