"Really good, love them"
They're okay. I love them to be fair, they're good and responsive. When I'm trying and contacting them for appointments. I don't find it hard at all and the receptionists and staff are really good.

It's good. I can get same day appointments. They're a really good service in that sense.
Not too bad. It all works well for me. They keep in touch and I can reach out when I need them.
The diabetes nurse I see at the surgery is very good. Getting a general appointment is really difficult and I have struggled to get menopause support.
Easy to get an appointment, I call them and the book me one for the same day.
I tried to get GP help but she sent me to A&E with a letter and told me to go straight there.
The GP said I would benefit from some physiotherapy. They gave me an option of which hospital to go to and gave me exercises but they didn't make any difference.
It is impossible to get seen by a doctor. Such unhelpful reception staff. I have a battle to get my husbands medication every month. This issue been ongoing since January 2024. No response to a written complaint. There are already too many patients for them to deal with but every time I am there there are new people registering!!
I want to be able to book future appointments at times that suit me as a working person. I used to be able to do this before COVID and received a much better service with less work time lost.
Its difficult to get appointments, when you get hold of them there are none. You start calling before 8am and they still don't have any. So you end up going to a walk in because you know you will get seen there and get the help.
Member of my family are with these doctors, I arrived to find her in tears, after constant arguments with unhelpful receptionists, she said she cannot cope with the stress of calling anymore, so we have arranged her to go to transfer to another Doctors after being with the surgery over 50 years
They don't communicate right. They don't send over prescriptions, they lose them. The receptionists don't want to know. The hospitals are better and they send letters to the GP but then the GP says they haven't got them.
It takes a long time to book appointments and when I eventually get one there is long waiting times to be seen. I complain about high blood pressure and leg problems and they only treat me for my leg problems and tell me to book another appointment for any other problems. I ended up having the nurse attend to me. Always end up seeing a nurse and not a GP.
I had a bad experience with them. It's long waiting time to book appointments, it's not easy. While I had an emergency with my son they neglected me and my son rolling on the floor. I had to rush him to the hospital to be taken care of.
Always short of staff and very a slow moving environment for everything. They take ages to refer to a specialist and it takes weeks to give you the test results.
I had kidney stones and they were rubbish with appointments and contacting me. They referred me onto hospital.
Good, I can get appointments. The doctors are okay. They're as good as they can be.
Very good, really helpful GP. They give me appointments. I don't use them that often.
Getting appointments is difficult but the GPs and nurses are excellent.
Sometimes it's good, sometimes bad. The staff are very good and they sometimes give same day appointments sometimes its tomorrow as they are full.
Not good. A lot of the GPs have moved on or retired and it's all new ones now still learning. There aren't any English doctors there anymore either and no permanent members of staff.
I am quite happy and satisfied by the care and treatment provided by the GP surgery.
I’ve been with these doctors for nearly 40 years ( when it was the little house on the opposite side of the road). Last time I went to doctors was 4 years ago. Called today for an appointment ( ear infection) and my God, the receptionist was sooooo rude. I will find out who it was and put in a complaint. Just no need whatsoever
I went to the doctors for an MOT and BP check. It was all good. A very good practice, I have no issues.
Things are getting back to normal after covid. I can easily get an appointment now.
Most of the time I see the practice nurse. I just can't get an appointment to see my GP.
Mostly 100% but sometimes you can't get hold of them.
Rubbish. Lucky to get an appointment. Last time I couldn't get one and booked myself straight to the eye hospital. Half the time I will just look stuff up online.
I would give them zero star rating if I could as the level of service provision has gone down in the last few years. You can't get an appointment and most of the time you see a new locum. They didn't refer me in time and as a result I ended up with punctured lungs.
Hardly seen my community midwife because I have been having more specialist care. If I am worried I will just call the hospital. The doctors are good for appointments for children, no issues with that.
I am satisfied with the service.
The reception staff are rude. Most of the GP's try to fob you off and don't listen to you properly. The waiting is disgusting whilst your on the phone to them.
I can get an appointment but I don't see the same doctor and I noticed in reception that it says that you only have 10 minutes per appointment. It's hard for me to explain to each doctor what is happening each time.
There is a lack of access to a GP. I can never get an appointment with my own GP. I see a new GP all the time.
As soon as COVID hit England ,the doctors Surgery has gone mental. I've been with them for years now & find it very difficult to get to see a Doctor. I'm on a Lot of Meds & when you want to talk about them with a doctor you should be able to talk face to face. I've been on my meds for years so I don't feel the affect from most of those, so when I tried to speak to someone regarding this they over the phone said well we can take you off those , it's not about taking me off the meds that will kill me it's a weighing process & putting me on other meds which I will feel the affect from. I wish the previous Dr could come back the Surgery still needs you.
GPs are good. Trying to get appointment is difficult. It’s on first come first get basis. Phone lines are busy.
Have been trying to get an appointment but due to heavy usage it is impossible to get one.
Have E mailed them & have been told that’s the only way to get one.
They're good in comparison to my previous GP surgery. They always have available dates for appointments. Staff are alright, so far I have only met my midwife there.
Never get an appointment in general having to go to badger clinic. Refuse to see patients face to face, do it over the phone and when they do see you they say it’s viral.
They weren't very good. Over the years the original doctor has retired. The reception staff are not nice, they choose to be unprofessional on purpose. 2 hours I waited to see a doctor and it was not my normal doctor that I saw. I told the receptionist when I went in at 8am that morning the GP I wanted to see and I was not seen until 11am. The receptionists are unkind.
Only recently joined the surgery after my old surgeries antics. They've helped me and have been good so far - touch wood.
Currently completing a formal complaint with the practice and their disservice. I have had symptoms of cancer since joining them in Sept last year. I have autism and struggle with verbal communication. I provided multiple forms stating my accessibility needs, all of which were ignored. I was only given phone appointments. It was unsafe for me to have this appointment at home, I waited several hours for the appointment until a flatmate came home (which is when this became unsafe). I walked to the practice and asked the receptionist if I could have the appointment in person, she said she'd ask. I then had a GP come up to me and refuse my appointment in person, despite my sobbing, verbalization that it was dangerous for me to have this appointment at home, and mention of communication difficulties. This was ignored and I was ushered off. I then circled the car park sobbing to then be called by the same GP from a window I could see him through who then stated he couldn't understand what I was saying, to which I responded 'please let me show you', which he then, as before, refused.
The type of cancer surrounded reproductive organs, I had several STD/STI tests, when these came back negative I was told to get more of the exact same tests from Umbrella, despite these being cancer symptoms. I had to contact Umbrella to tell this practice that they do not diagnose cancer and a referral to a specialist is needed.
Incredibly inadequate, failure to meet duty of care.
They gave my son antibiotics, we didn't have to wait long as they referred us from NHS 111. I felt my son got the help he needed from the surgery.
Trying to get into the surgery is a pain have to keep calling them. I want to go up speak with receptionist and see a doctor face to face. I want to go to the old system to have a chat with someone. I can’t get hold of them. Doctor not providing the information.
Not able to get appointments to see a GP. When I phone at 8am I'm approximately 18th in the queue then when I get through all the appointments have gone.
Very difficult to get an appointment. My partner is going there since last 3 months with particular issues but they are not taking him seriously.
They took my blood, I don't like going to the doctors.
I find it hard to get an appointment with them. There are always long queues on the phone then when you get through, they tell you there are no appointments available. When this happens they tell you to call back after 2pm to see if any appointments become available. If I however need to make an appointment for my daughter and can't, I just contact my consultant at the hospital to get her seen.
Brilliant. Able to see doctors straight away.
GP has been alright, haven’t really attended because its hard to get an appointment. Have had to go to private when I have a concern as its hard to get an appointment with midwife.
Its hard to get a appointment from here. Ring up at half 8 be in que for 20 mins just to find there's no appointments. They tell you to try again tomorrow 8.30 in the morning, then same happens. I've been trying for weeks. I have a chest infection and need antibiotics. It's not going to go away. Only worse.
This is a test from Becky. It\'s 15:36 and I\'m sending this review.
Fantastic care and attention all through the Covid times
Too long to explain but duty of care towards a vulnerable person and then being rude on the telephone is I forgive
Excellent
Excellent service, A health care professional is always available to speak to over the phone and if needed they ask you to come in to surgery.
Most of the reception staff are rude and don’t communicate properly.
My wife is bedbound for the last few years. Whenever she gets a urine infection I have to take urine samples for tests to the surgery, the doctor doesn’t visit us at home.
I am a diabetic and it has been more than a year since I had an appointment with a diabetic nurse. This year because of COVID 19 they haven’t given any appointment so far. At least they can call me to make sure that I am fine and doing well.
It's a very distressing and strange time for everyone especially the elderly, so having to take my 77 year old mother to the doctors for an appt was an ordeal in itself as she is shielding. Imagine the disbelief when walking through the door masked and gloved only to be verbally shouted at by a very aggressive receptionist shooing us out of the door ranting about not being allowed in. Perhaps if a notice was in plain sight on the door advising what the procedure is upon your arrival then the incident could have been avoided. Her attitude and behaviour were uncalled for and totally unprofessional. Not only did she keep ranting she was incapable of listening as my mother tried asking how she tells the nurse she is here, the receptionist shouted l am not arguing with you! Obviously in the wrong job. On a better note the nurse was in complete contrast, professional and a credit to her profession and the surgery.
We are all feeling the effects of Covid but we expect our professionals to be just that. We are all trying to play our part and be kind to each other.
I feel the surgery needs more organisation and also more information regarding opening times and doctor’s availability.
Let’s think about thoses unable to use internet, attended surgery 7:30am, Doctors or receptionist Don’t start until:8:30 , then you are called in order of ticket taken off counter to be seen. What a joke. But I must add. The receptionist from other surgeries operating in the same building were present very early in the morning. With a lovely warm smile.
Doctors are brilliant but spend too long with patients. More information on the days doctor work needed (Information Pack). Receptionist don’t listen to patients some staff are better than others. Unevenness in case lots of people queuing for an emergency appointment at 7:30. Waiting times long for appointments.
