"Good and attentive doctors"
Able to get appointments with them. They know me and send me texts about the flu jab and other things. The doctors are good and very attentive.

I waited since May last year for physio. It's not long term so isn't the solution for my issue. I need more help and support and to be referred to get it sorted.
Not bad at all and I can get appointments. They will let you book appointments online.
Difficult to get appointments. I like my named GP, they listen to me but I don't like seeing other GPs. Some receptionists are more helpful than others.
They called me straight away for a health check. I was given a same day appointment. They're really good. You can go online through the app too . I call because it's quicker.
Hard to get appointments, it's the system. They say book online but there isn't anything there and then you call in the morning and there is nothing available. They just want you to drop down dead.
Very hard to get an appointment. They're merged with other practices. The system doesn't work properly and take a while. It takes too long to make an appointment over the phone.
Whenever we need an urgent appointment they tell me to go to the UTC or hospital. If you need one in 1 to 2 weeks that is fine. I can't wait too long with small children at a UTC or hospital so that isn't helpful.
They're okay, they sent me a message to say I needed a blood test and they then arranged one for me. It was easy to book and I was in there quickly.
Very busy and no appointments at all. They need more GPs.
I had an initial appointment with them once I was registered. Just did my weight, height and that was okay. I haven't needed to use them again yet.
I'm happy with my repeat prescriptions and regular support provided by the asthma clinic.
The staff are rude and you can't get appointments. It's absolutely awful.
A very good GP surgery with helpful staff.
He fell and hurt his legs and back. He couldn't walk. I called the GP for an appointment and they just told him to buy medicine. That didn't work.
The surgery is good but seeing my own GP is the biggest challenge.
They're happy for us to stay with them to be honest. They gave me an appointment because I said I was pregnant. They said they had no appointments available but when I told them I was pregnant they said they did. GP surgeries can have a better system. You can't book online and it's hard to get through on the phones. It's not the staff's fault but I end up frustrated.
Very bad service after covid. No appointments and reception staff are rude.
You wait hours on the phone to get an appointment. Reception staff are always rude and unhelpful.
I haven’t been to see them in 3 years, easy to book recent appointment. Feel wasn’t listen to properly.
Phoned surgery but no appointment. Have to wait for couple of days to get an appointment for my back pain.
Doctors are good, I am happy with them.
They are not good. I actually changed from them to another practice because of lack of getting appointment.
They referred us to ROH. The doctor have seen me face to face. If it’s just over the phone , how do they say what’s going on. If they would have given me more pain relief, it would have made the things better and quicker.
No point having a doctor, can’t get an appointment with them.
I was with them for 20 years. They are good but appointment availability is the biggest challenge and communication general is poor.
Got sent for a scan on my shoulder and they said it was arthritis and it turned out I had a tear in my shoulder. They sent me for an operation.
It's long, it's all changed. If you're not quick enough you can't get appointments. Sometimes I end up feeling better before i've managed to get an appointment. They do prioritise under 5 appointments. They open at 9am and if you don't call at 9am you don't get an appointment.
Unable to get an appointment. One hour to get through to speak to doctor, but cannot get face to face appointment.
Good service and online appointments.
The overall level of care I have received is very good. Only concern / complaint is about long waiting time when you call them on the telephone. once I waited for 40 mins for my call to be answered. My concern is that it is very difficult for senior citizens and seriously ill patients to wait for such a long time on phone.
They not physically seeing anyone still so my baby haven't had her 6weeks check up
This service has been great to me they have been amazing from day one & I've been with them over 10-15 years, I know we're in a pandemic so I can wait, it's just no knowledge of my request that's upsetting.
I have been in severe pain for 2 days now I have rang them over 50 times and no one ever answers the phone for an appointment. It’s always busy . I need my medication. Also apparently I was refereed to physio 9 months ago and I still haven’t heard anything. My doctors won’t follow up.
I’ve mainly been seeing the GP for mental health services. It’s been very helpful, when I did get the help, but the waiting while I was really struggling was the worst. To improve this it would be great if there was an easier and faster access that would help in the moment.
Takes ages to get an appointment
