"They're good in general"
We were sent for bloods and they said they didn't do children's blood tests but they do it for our 13 year old. In general they're good.

Alright, apart from one GP who just says old age to everything. He doesn't do anymore. Otherwise fantastic. I just ask for anyone but him. I go in to book. My GP said I made an amazing recovery from my stroke.
The times are good and it's easy to get an appointment. You fill in a form and the GP calls you back within a few minutes.
Difficult to get appointments. It's online only now too. Elderly people may struggle with online. Otherwise the service is good.
They always try to get me in. I went in this morning and they have got me in for this afternoon.
Helpful and internet based as I usually book via internet and get a call back.
When it comes to children's appointments they're great but not so much for adults. It's too much hard work booking for myself. They're helpful with good communication.
Good appointment availability all of the time. Very helpful GPs and reception team.
Getting an appointment is effective however the triage system is concerning and not something agree with.
It's good, appointments are online and for the kids it's quicker. They get back to you the same day and even ask if you prefer a particular GP.
They arranged the referral to be put on the waiting list but they can't do much.
The service is good. Staff are very helpful. The doctors always call back and provide good support.
The pharmacy in here is good. They get the medicines ready as soon as they receive the prescription. I did have an issue with the GP requesting too many medicines as I don't need them.
Usually go in and make an appointment but now they send a text message and a link so you fill out a questionnaire. I asked them who looks at it and they said a doctor. They usually get back to you within 24 hours. I can be a pain sometimes or they will send a prescription without seeing me and send it to the pharmacy.
Getting an appointment is a big challenge. They do give you phone appointments but I want to see my GP face to face which is very difficult now. You have to wait for a week at least.
I find it difficult getting appointments but the care is excellent.
It's okay. They treat me well when I go there and will help medicines too if I need it.
Staff are very rude and it's very difficult to get an appointment.
I had pains in my leg and they said it could be arthritis, they gave me painkillers. I had a health check a few weeks ago.
Don’t really care about anyone but themselves. Look down at you with snotty nose think they are better than us
Sit there looking up fake diagnosis from magic book
Then find out they was wrong can’t wait to get you out of the room when you just walked in there give you wrong diagnosis & then you get rushed in hospital for something serious . Go like they pay for your prescriptions.
So many people died in lockdown because of these kind of people
Fine. Great at giving appointments, especially for children. Long waits on the phone but to be expected. The doctors are professional and great with my son.
Very good at getting GP appointments. I saw them and they found something and had me referred to the QE and Heartlands very quickly. The GP is very good and on top of things.
I don't struggle and tend to get appointments straight away. I fill in the online enquiry and they see me the same day. They are face to face appointments too.
Really good. Communication is good and they're really supportive. They give good advice. I have no issues with getting appointments. All in all they are very good.
We are satisfied with our experience the Dr who administered the jabs and nurse too were very good. The person who opened the door to the centre was very rude to us. They said they thought no one else was coming and shouted at us to "Hurry up and come in" in an abrupt manner. When we came through they went back behind the reception desk and sat down, I understand they probably had a busy morning, but we arrived at our allotted time, so feel they let the experience down.
They are good and quite attentive. Can get in touch with them quite quickly and they will get in touch the same day. They are good at seeing me.
Good, doesn’t take long for the appointment. Call them and the doctor will call you back in 48 hours.
They're great. I've had a lot to do with them in the last year - They're fantastic. Everything is great, the service, the doctors even the receptionist.
They are great, no complaints about them at all. If I want to speak to a doctor, I just use e-consult. Can contact them at 7am by 9am they have contacted me and if they feel I need to come in they give me an appointment.
Really good, been in contact since I have come out and they have been helpful.
Good practice so far. They see my children and I can get appointments easily. They give me good information and are kind.
Can never get through, especially when the little one is poorly. I end up using NHS-111. The surgery is awful.
I rang to get an appointment the other day. Voice note on the answer machine says do not call the surgery and do not try coming to the surgery. Then called another time and they said temporarily closed. So had to call NHS111 to get help.
Can get appointment, If not busy tell you to come in. Not happy with over the phone but they will see me face to face if I need it.
Alright, they are hard to get through on phone, you are in queue for long but once you get through they give me an appointment and do what they can over the phone or see you over the phone or face to face.
GP doesn't give appointments. Fill in an online form and you might get a phone call, I can't answer my phone at work if they do though.
Had to call many multiple times and hold for up to an hour to speak to anyone.
Average – went in today to get medication and that went well. You used to be able to phone for medicines but now they say it’s online but I can’t do stuff with computers.
Hard to get on phones. Can get appointments.
It is impossible to contact surgery by phone. Unable to see doctor for almost a year.
Very efficient, responded to online query and called me in to examine me that day and referred me on.
Very organised. Professional friendly efficient service
Great experience at Greenridge Surgery. Lovely, helpful staff and righfully pleased with what they have achieved.
This was well organised as a vaccine centre. The volunteers were very helpful and the nurse who administered the vaccine was very thorough and he had a good bedside manner.
As far as Covid vaccination concerned cannot fault them. However I do feel cut off from all other services. The technology access is not the best and trying to telephone is even worse with necessity to listen to pre recorded instructions and then if you are lucky enough to get an answer often referred back to on line
Econsult is one of the most complex systems created. Considering the awerness around disadvantaged people dying earlier. This service completely fails anyone who struggles with technology because of mental health issues, autism, adhd, english not being the first language. We are completely cutting these people off. I have been in the evergreen pharmacy with an older man crying as he cannot make contact with the GP. Disgusting
Excellent service , efficient and very friendly
Covid vaccination, very quick and painless process
Very good but not so good with Econsult other wise really lovely staff and Always helpful.
I am so sorry that one of the drs has passed away only found out to day such a lovely caring Gp missing her already my condolences to her friends and family
Stressful and concerning.
Can’t book an appointment over the counter. Have to phone up after 1 pm and it is impossible to get through. Pointless being registered to the practice.
Reception staff is rude, but doctors & nurses are very good. Getting an appointment is an uphill task but doctors provide excellent care.
I have received a text stating I am being removed from the surgery because I am 'out of area'. I have been with the surgery for more than 25 years and haven't changed address in this time. The text stated I have to find a new surgery and will be removed in 7 days. I do not want to change and also believe 7 days notice is unacceptable.
Always get to see doctors. Never have any problems.
I am a patient at this surgery in Billesley. I would like to highly praise the Drs and all the staff members. Amazing Practice.
Fast paced
Care more about diagnosis rather than patients feelings
Lack sensitivity due to busyness
It seems like all the doctors at this surgery are very young and have just qualified. They do not know what they are doing. For example I took my daughter to see a doctor. I looked older than him. When I showed him what I thought was wrong with my child he didn’t have a clue what I was talking about now it’s gotten worse. I can NEVER get an appointment in the morning. They tell you call at 8 but no one answer until 9 then tell you there’s no appointments left.
Dear Shanise, it's true that we do have Doctors at the practice who may appear to you to be young, however they may not be as young as they look! We offer on the day appointments each day but they are very popular and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate everyone, however our policy is always to see children under 16 and so please do stress if the appointment is for a child. If you have concerns about how a consultation went then please report them to our Practice Manager. We have a positive approach to complaints with a robust system to managing them in house. We are very sorry that you have felt dissatisfied with our service.
