It has got to progressively worse to contact them. They tell you to fill in a form online and they don't let you go in to make appointments. No one ever gets back to you. They system is rubbish, you just end up forgetting about it. It's not worth it.
They're okay. They have appointments and see me when I book with them. It may not be the same day but they do see you. They give good advice.
Good doctors and nice nurses. The receptionists are good too. It's not difficult to book an appointment either. You may not get in the same day but they will try and fit you in.
I always see the same doctor and they're very nice in there. It is easy to make appointments and they really listen to you.

Very good, phone or face to face appointment offered. Can sometimes get same day appointment otherwise next day appointment. Staff are fine. GP referred me to Heartlands hospital for cardiology.
