"Took ages for them to refer me"

They didn't give me proper care or advice for my broken nose. They wanted to give me nasal drops. I had to push many times to get a referral.

Easy to get an appointment and even same day ones if needed. Very good and very proactive. They're helpful.

"Very hard to get an appointment"

Very hard to get appointments. You wait longer than a month. I had to go back to them lots of time to get a referral for physio.

"I had a bad experience"

I had a bad experience as the doctor didn't help and I was so sick whilst doing A level exams. They told me to take paracetamol, they weren't helpful.

"A very nice nurse"

Easy to get an appointment and it was quick to get a blood test as well. The nurse was very nice.

"Make it accessible"

Difficult to get an appointment. They did do one over the phone when I couldn't get in to them. They do try and make things more accessible.

"Long waits"

Difficult to get appointments you have to ring at 8AM. You wait on the phone for a long time. Pushed into seeing locums. If you want it face to face you wait even longer.

Very helpful and kind GP. They have provided extra support for my special needs daughter.

"Referred after 2 years and a severe infection"

They referred my son on to audiology. We were going to the GP for 2 years and I felt like they were treating acute problems so when the infection was severe they then referred him on.

"Rude and takes ages to get appointments"

I'm not happy with this GP. I have to wait weeks to get an appointment. The receptionists are rude.

"Very fast referral"

Very quick to refer me urgently to the hospital cancer services. Appointment came through quickly. Very happy with the service.

"Poor service delivery."

We are badly struggling to get regular GP appointments. I have not seen my GP since covid. A poor service delivery.

Excellent GPs and nurses but the reception staff are quite rude.

"I can't get emergency appointments"

I don't get appointments to see my GP. Even in emergencies they say there are none. I have serious stomach pain and they won't see me. The GP isn't good.

I knocked on the window of the door and they never came out. It made me feel sad. I went to the hospital.

"I would give them zero stars"

I will give them zero stars if I could because I can't get an appointment with my GP. The reception staff need proper training about how to deal with patients.

"They're not accessible"

I can't use the online service. They try to make us but won't give us links to be able to book an appointment. You can't book over the phone. When you call they say to use the link but that doesn't work. They're not accessible.

The GP doesn't listen. They just want the 10 minutes to pass and let you go.

"They're usually very good."

They're very good. It's not as bad as other people have said about appointments. You fill out a form at 8am and the GP will send a text to say they will see me at 11am or 12pm that same day. They're usually very good. Sometimes they can't see me the same day but usually fit me in.

Never pick up the phone, you have to call so many times and they won't respond.

Their service has gone down the hill in recent years. It’s not possible to get an appointment at all.

"I don't see one Dr which can be confusing"

They referred me onto the therapist which was by phone call and I had to wait over a year for someone to be in touch. I had to relive my trauma and explain my situation 6 times to different people which was very straining on me. The GP's are not bad. I don't see one doctor which can be confusing for me. Can't schedule future appointments, can only book them for the same day.

"Referred me for cyst on neck"

Went to the GP with a cyst on my neck that kept getting bigger. They referred me for blood tests after I kept coughing up blood, they told me to go straight to hospital to get it checked out.

"Advisor over the phone went above and beyond"

Repeat prescription was requested a supply for couple of months, the patient has slurred speech and parkinsons so not able to use any online portals provided by gp, made a phone call to explain the situation and request for medication and the advisers customer service was absolutely brilliant and served us well to ensure all medication was available for patient.

Complete lack of appointments, even if you call them 100 times.

"Long process to get through on phones"

I have not long joined the surgery, but it is of use. It is often a long process to get through on the phone. Trying to make an appointment for myself can take longer, they prioritise children and pregnant women.

I went to reception and told them about my problem, sent a note to GP and got a prescription for lemsip cough syrup.

"Failed to provide my son’s Medical record"

Its been 20 days since I requested my Son’s medical records, health, wellbeing. Called so many times but was answered only 3 times and giving excuses. Sent many emails, they don’t provide the reason why they are taking so much time in providing me the records of my Son.

"Rude admin staff, bookings impossible"

Getting an appointment is virtually impossible. The telephone/booking system needs to urgently change!! They are taking the well-being of their patients lightly. Keep on taking on new patients when they can’t even do justice to existing ones!! Feels more like a business than a doctors surgery!
A receptionist today was extremely rude and unprofessional, just kept cutting me off with no helpful information on how to resolve the issues I’ve been experiencing.

"Mixed experience"

Cleanliness, treatment explanation and quality of care are good. But staff attitudes and waiting times are poor.
