"Complaint about service"
I spent three weeks here and I've been showering few little dribbles with boiling hot water plus shower never had pressure. I’ve told few the cleaners and staff too about the shower hasn't got any pressure plus it's too hot even I turn to cold side there no cold water coming.
They check and say they'll let the domestic manager know, but nothing has been done.
I've been in a room without tv and radio. Others had tv.
I've never had much Physio done. I've had more Physio is hospital than here. They sending me home when I can't stand on my own and walk without any facilities. Staff are all caring and wonderful I don’t have any complaints on any staff.
