I ordered my prescription last Tuesday to find out yesterday they was rejected. I tried to ring couldn't get through. To find out why my prescription was rejected on the app.

"Takes a while for someone to get back to you"

It takes a bit of time. I fill out an online form and it takes a while for someone to get back to you. I had a general check up and they referred me on to Sandwell hospital.

"Reception staff rude"

Receptionist decides if you get a face to face or telephone appointment. They give conflicting information and are generally unhelpful
