"Been there for a few years"
I have been with them a few years and had a tooth taken out yesterday. It felt really painful. My condition make the pain worse.

I had been waiting for two weeks to be seen, called this place got me in on the same day got my tooth out. Lovely dentist, staff were amazing caring and receptionist was very caring thanks .
We have tried to get into a practice for so long, couldn't find one, we have travelled from Rugby, the dentist is wonderful did my treatment on the spot.
I had my teeth checked, polish and scaling and also had an eyes test by their optician
Eye test was done very professionally and had new glasses all free of charge because I am claiming universal credit
I couldn't get an appointment in my area and phones around 20 dental practices in Birmingham. Newtown dental practice was the only dentists which offered me an emergency appointment on the same day
I can't swing my chair around in there. My carer has to transfer me and the dentist doesn't help. I don't think they check my teeth properly. They spend 3 minutes on checking my teeth and filled a tiny hole, because of being in a wheelchair.
I give them zero stars, they have no budget for interpreters and my daughter works so it means she cannot always come along to appointments with me, or fully know or understand what is happening with my care.
