"So hard it's ridiculous"
So hard it's ridiculous. They take the mickey, send a form. Very rarely get next day appointments or same day ones. They see kids quicker. The doctors are good when you do see them. It's just the waiting time to get an appointment.
"Referral takes too long"
It is taking a long time for a diagnosis. The referral was made in September 2024. They send letters saying he is still on the waiting list. He has speech and language support.
"Language barrier can make it difficult"
Alright, but it's difficult due to language barriers. My children provide support but it can be difficult when they aren't around. The receptionist is able to speak the language. I have to go into the surgery to make an appointment as the telephone takes too long. The staff communicate well and are helpful.

I had a blood test and it was quiet in the surgery. Once she was done I was sent on my way, it took less than a minute.

The pharmacy inside this practice is okay and they're helpful. No problems really, they're very good.

They're okay and I get seen when I need to. No issues in getting appointments. Receptionists could be more helpful rather than grumpy, manners could be improved. There was a phase where appointments had to be made online and that was okay. It would be difficult for my parents to do that as they don't use technology. Repeat prescriptions has to be done on the app which is also difficult. They have to go in face to face.

I find it 100%. You are always 15 out of 20 in the queue though so I put the phone down. I can call back and get appointments.

Honestly this medical practice should close down, they never cared what the patients suffering from. I had a illness for 3 years and they kept giving me pain killer till I done scan abroad then they accepted to refer me to hospital. They got some unprofessional receptionists, all so clearly insane. I was caller number one, waiting 14 minutes for anyone to answer then these two guys hanged up in my face 3 times, because I was complaining about the pharmacist who called me every time not the Dr. They only serving some people good.

The registration process was good and easy. I called them once and they gave me information over the phone which saved me having to go in.

The doctors are open a long time. I had problems with my leg and they're referring me for a bone scan. They're good and work well for me.

Annoying as they don't answer the calls. They tell you to book on the app but I can't use the app. They don't listen after it takes so long to get through. The new system doesn't work. You have to come in and order medication you can't do it over the phone. They have made everything so hard and the receptionists are not nice.

I've used them for a long time. It's not easy to make appointments. After covid the service went down. The staff are brilliant, it's just the policies and the orders they have to follow.

On the whole I find them poor and considering they have online system it is still hard to get appointments. It's hard to get through to them and there is a clear lack of training with the receptionists and admin team. I hoped for change with the online consultation but nothing.

Walked in at 9AM and they sent me a link and range me for an appointment not long after. They always send text messages and reminders of flu jabs and I find that side of things very good. This is only my second time using them.

Rude and condescending staff who haven't got a clue what they're talking about. They prescribed me antibiotics for no reason.

Incorrect prescriptions - 2x when traveling abroad was left with no medication, not answering phones - once while waiting for 40 minutes I decided to walk there while being on hold still just to see the receptionist on his phone ignoring the phone ringing - this place should be audited

I can never get appointments. You struggle to get through and they say they will call you back and don't. They never take working into account. Triaging with a receptionist makes you feel judges. There isn't any privacy.

They give you a different doctor all of the time. If you could see the same doctor that would be better. It's not hard to get an appointment but it depends what time you call. Sometimes they give you a pharmacist appointment and that is helpful when I have seen them.

"Waiting times for appointments are long."
The GP is okay. We have a serious issue, suspected cancer. I had a cough for a year and a half but it took too long for an appointment. I was then referred. The referral took too long.

I can't get through to them, no one answers the phone. It can take days to get through to them. I don't get regular appointments with them. The service is good but appointments are difficult to get.

Waiting is long. We have to call them many times to book appointments. My daughter has asthma and they give her cheap medication. They have a change in GPs time and time again. Before covid the doctors were really good. They would give us time and proper check ups. Now they rush. Plus now they only prescribe poor quality medication.

Long waiting hours. My son had a severe rash and they asked for a picture, instead of seeing him. They didn't show any care. They said you should use hormone cream without asking to see him. I took him to the hospital instead.
