"They sort my appointments with the midwife"
They are good. One of the staff members has just come back which makes it more lively and a lot more easy. Some don't take as much notice nowadays. As soon as I say I need to see the midwife they sort it.

The pharmacy delivers specialist milk to my home. They tell me when it's ready for delivery.
A good GP and easy to make appointments. We never struggle. They always listen to us too and give good advice.
I had an asthma issue and couldn't get an appointment. The NHS is badly failing in this country. You wait in queues when you call to be told to fill in a form and they still don't give you an appointment.
Whenever I call for an appointment we don't get it early. They ask us to fill in a form and wait 48 hours even with children.
Not that good. I can't get appointments for weeks which isn't good when you're ill. The online system is difficult and I don't understand the questions on there as Urdu is my first language. They arrange Urdu speaker for me when I call them.
I moved from them as they were shocking. Unhelpful, no appointments and rude staff. You can't get through to them. They weren't great at all.
Not too bad compared to others. I can get appointments in less than 48 hours. They have an online system but I haven't used it yet. I have to be shown how to use it. They will let me pop in and make an appointment that way instead.
The pharmacy on site is good and they are good people. No long waits.
They're okay, I don't use them too much. The staff are very good and very nice. It's clean and big. I'm happy with the service.
Poor. Hard to get appointments and the receptionists aren't helpful.
They see me when they have availability. Staff are polite and see you straight away.
All appointments are online and they send a link to fill in the form. I don't know how to fill the form in so I just can't get an appointment which is horrible.
Long waits for appointments. They don't see you for a long time. It's hard to get them to listen.
Very good doctor. I am very happy.
I waited in the queue for about half an hour. Staff are okay there.
Disrespectful and they never book you appointments. I had to step up and say that the children are vulnerable because of their conditions. We don't get taken seriously otherwise. We then get appointments more easily.
It's not too bad. I rarely use them because I don't need to but they're usually good.
I haven't seen my GP in the last 2 years. The reception staff are rude and don't answer the phone.
Not happy with them as they do not help. They don't give you appointments.
I used them this morning. I was transferred from Bradford to the nearest one. It is actually pretty decent. I've rang them and I only have to wait a couple of days for an appointment. Its good.
But can't get appointments, receptionists are like dragons. I don't want to discuss things with them. I phone up and all appointments have gone. I ask to make an appointment for another day and they say no. I don't want to speak to a receptionist, I want to talk to a doctor.
Sometimes it's bad. So hard to get an appointment over the phones, takes a long time to answer, sometimes can get an appointments when it opens at 9am, at 10am close the lines and say there are no more appointments and to call
They don't take you serious, they tell you to go home and to go to A&E if it gets worse. My daughter ended up having a massive cyst.
They're alright. They take their time to answer the phone. They do not offer same day appointments. The lines are always busy and can't give appointments.
Everyone disappeared during Covid.
I tend not to go too often, as if you have an appointment for 1 o'clock you would lucky too be seen, before 2pm.
Poor
Terrible
Very difficult to get any emergency appointment. For normal appointment wait for two weeks. What has gone wrong with this surgery? Twenty years ago we use to get excellent service but now it’s below acceptable level.
Doctors don’t have that passion anymore which was there when I was young. People use to have close relationship with their GP’s. At that time doctor was for life. Now a days they don’t listen, explain or involve patients at all. Twenty years ago this was one of the best surgery of Birmingham now it’s in shambles.
In last ten years I have seen level of service provision has gone down. Use to be a very good family practice with energetic staff.
The group as whole in my 10 years of a patient there is exceptional however administration staff undermine the significant doctors/nurses roles in misleading doctors regarding a patients character and this in itself presents a biast approach to patients care therefore a robust and impartial approach is the priority and duty.
