"Good GP and not hard to make appointments"
Rubery is a weird area as parts are not classed as Birmingham and so some GP surgeries can't take you on if your postcode is not Birmingham. This is a good GP though. My friend is registered here and says that the care is good and its not so bad getting an appointment.
"Always give same or next day appointment"
Everytime I call them up they'll get me in the same day or next day, no problems at all. I always see a different doctor but that's no problem.
"Diabolical, they're rubbish"
Not good. The receptionists don't know what they're doing. I had a stroke three years ago and have never seen a doctor in all that time. I have seen a nurse annually. It's diabolical. I can never get through, never get appointments. They're rubbish.
"A good GP surgery"
Quite good, decent. I have had bloods done there. Their times are good and the receptionist is kind. The GP service is also good and quite respectful.
"Pleasant and helpful"
Quick appointments. Helpful staff. Doctors who explained everything thoroughly. Pleasant and polite.
"Excellent staff"
Excellent staff, they all know me by name. It's very easy and quick to get an appointment.
"Fabulous GP practice."
A very good GP. No problems getting appointments. It's fabulous.
"Hassle to get an appointment"
Getting an appointment is a hassle but GPs are very good.
"It can get bit difficult to see doctor"
I don’t use it that often because it can get bit difficult to see doctor, its teaching practice. I think 3 or 4 of them are lecturers at university because they are specialist doctors an they are pretty busy. I go to QE diabetes centre every 6 months.
"They're ok"
Call in the morning. Queue of 20-30 people. Didn't prioritise children first but now do. They used to ring first and then tell the child to come in if urgent but now they see you face to face.
"It's alright"
Alright, can be difficult sometimes to get appointments, normally 2/3 people waiting to get through. Not bad, get and can get appointments
