I go to the pharmacy in there for advice and they're usually good. Especially when I can't get in the GP.

The practice itself is good but online access is required for appointments which I find difficult so I have rang before. I was waiting a long time only for nobody to answer.
Excellent staff who provide good customer service.
Really good at giving advice. They can be better than the GP as they take their time and listen to you.

The pharmacy is good. They will give me advice whenever I need it. They do however usually tell me to go to my GP as it's something they can't help with.
Went to Nechells Pharmacy after booking an appt to have the Covid booster on line. Straight forward process with no hassle or problems around having the jab.
