"I like all of my carers, highly recommend"

I liked all of my carers from the first day. The three companies before were not good but when I started with this company it was completely different. I have not had one single problem. They spend time on me, clean me and tidy. They put the bins out. They wash and moisturise me every morning and arrange my clothes on a daily basis. I highly recommend NDH and very satisfied with them.

"They are always very kind and respectful"

Whenever possible I like to attend to own personal care but on days when I feel weak or ill I am very grateful for the carers. They are always very kind and respectful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

"Behaviour is very good and consistent care"

Behaviour is very very good and consistent carer. She tends to buy food and body cleaners. Make sure I have collect tablets. I consider her as a friend and carer. She clean my flat. She do hoover and clean my bathroom. She is excellent carer. She always encourage to take have a shower. She is very good observant.

"Every carer I have had, have been most caring"

Since having N.D.H carers I must say every carer I have had, have been most caring. I did find at the start of having a carer it was so difficult to have a stranger in your house but over time they become a friend. We are a very small family with my daughter working abroad a lot. So it is nice to know someone can come in the morning to check that I am O.K.

I'm very happy with my carers. They do everything for me, that I need. If something needs doing they do it for me, like in the living room. They are all very good. The carers who come to look after my mom are truly outstanding. They treat her with such kindness, dignity, and respect, and it's clear that they genuinely care about her well-being. They maintain the highest standards of hygiene and always wear their PPE properly, which gives us great peace of mind. Communication with both my mom and the family is excellent—they always keep us informed and are happy to answer any questions. "Happy with NDH care"

We are happy with NDH. My father tells them what is to be done. Only problem is sometimes when they are running late we are not informed and I have to call and ask.

"Happy with the carers"

I'm happy with the carers. My only problem is if new carers come they should be informed that there are two large dogs so they don't care about the dogs when they come.

"No problems with my carers"

The carers greet me politely and other residents. They prompt me to have a shower. Laundry is done without any problems. They're always on time for each call and my medication. I have a nice chat and they're always respectful. I have no problems with my carers and they always make sure no one oversees them using the key safe.

"Excellent"

Our family cannot thank NDH Care Ltd enough for the compassionate and dignified care they provided to our late father, during his most vulnerable years. 

Dad suffered from late-stage Parkinson’s disease, leaving him bedbound for a long time before his passing. His condition, compounded by recurrent lung infections, pneumonia, and near-death experiences gradually dimmed his once-outgoing personality, reducing his speech to a slur but never extinguishing his spirit. 

Throughout this difficult journey, the NDH carers were nothing short of amazing. They treated Dad with kindness, patience, and genuine companionship, bringing warmth to his days. Despite the challenges of his condition, they engaged with him, sharing banter and uplifting moments that broke the monotony of his routine. He looked forward to their visits watching the clock, and that meant the world to us. 

As his full-time carer, my mum was physically unable to assist him with tasks like changing clothes, washing, or pad changes. The NDH team handled these sensitive duties with the utmost respect and humanity ensuring Dad never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed in their presence. 

We are forever grateful to so many of the carers, too many to name, but special thanks to those who showed such beautiful souls in their care. Your dedication brought comfort not just to Dad but to our entire family. 

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you. May you be blessed all your days.

"Not too bad"

Not too bad. They come three days a week. She is okay but gradually gone down but not too bad. It's only 30 minutes each day for the three days. She is reliable and does what she can.
