"Best example of the worst care company"
Incompetent, inconsistent with care calls and times, inexperienced and untrained to meet complex care needs. Communication is not fed between staff - all this leads to safeguarding and health risks (mentally and physically) for service users and their families. They should get weekly CQC monitoring inspections to bring this shoddy trifling company up to minimum standards.

Worked here for a while,no telephone manner, change clients times when it suits them to fit other calls in,miss ca?ls and when clients ring to sèe why, they lie ,or they sayI will sèe whats happened,and never gets back to them, this happens on a regular basis, when you put things in the log book to correct the other carer ,that carer , rings office and they tell them to rip the page out and give it to office ,so nothing can be seen by family,they can't keep there staff because of there attitude, when something goes wrong they close rank,never have I had to experience rude,and liars like them.cant understand most of there employees or understand there writing, it's shocking,
