They're okay same as everywhere it can be difficult to get an appointment. The doctors are very good and don't rush you. It may take a couple of visits and they may make you see a nurse too but they are helpful.
I booked over the phone and my appointment was over the phone. They helped a lot and they gave me a lot of information. They helped me in that moment.
The GPs are good but the reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
They're really good, really nice. You get an appointment so quickly, a next day appointment. They used to take 2/3 weeks to give me an appointment but they've got so much better.
Difficult to get appointments but GP is super good.
I go here for blood tests, it's alright.
I feel happy and feel good when I go to the doctors. I understand what they are saying to me.
They don't want to refer you to hospital.
I have been a patient here for 6 years now and due to my medical needs I have had to have frequent appointments throughout this time. All the staff are all very friendly, have an interest in you and I have never been made to feel like a nuisance or rushed out. All of the staff were incredibly polite and well organised, I’m really glad that this is my GP. I feel I couldn’t be in better hands. Given the pressure the nhs is under at the moment they are doing a fabulous job.
Wrong medication sent order repeat prescription and most of the time you have to chase it up ringing them again 4 times before you get your medication never answer phones reception always on social media I have phoned and walked in surgery and non of the receptionist are on phones or busy and I am on my mobile in surgery and no one picking up phone plus no ringing tone heard disgusting very very poor
There phone line is always busy , its very hard to book an appointment , i think they take off the phone because the phone cant be busy for 7 hours. Emergency appointment or a normal appointment you have to wait the same . Theres never been a time where i had appointment and they let me in that time . The doctor always interrupts you and says i know what you have before you continue because more to say. I feel like I'm misdiagnosed . The receptionists are rude and make fun at you with the other receptionists are they dont understanding or kind.
