Had a BA back in 2021 with MYA. My surgeon was good. A lady from the Birmingham clinic helped me along the way. Very happy with my results
Had to wait for years for revision which they don’t bother with.
Rude inconsiderate staff.

Clinic waiting times ridiculous - waited over 3 hrs to see the surgeon
No where to park
Nurse unprofessional poorly educated - think she’s a temp covering
But her clinic tend not to run to far behind
Apt follow ups hard to arrange, when it’s sold to you they say you can have as many as you need - yes you can if you can get in to see the one nurse they have for 100s of patients
They call you the day before to cancel your apt and try to put you off another week
Surgeons are good but that’s about it
Staff attitude is poor, they’ll say hello and tell you to sign in but then sit gossiping behind the desk, not professional either
