Dirty room drinks left were they could not be reached phone calls to family for help within two weeks rushed into hospital very ill.
Staff made my Aunt feel safe and comfortable, we held her 90th Birthday recently, she enjoyed very much.
She no longer suffers headaches and UTI problems, and is gaining confidence.
We have seen progress, thanks to Moundsley Hall efforts.
My sister arrived at 11.00 she found him in dirty clothes from the day before no pyjamas on, curtains still closed, sick bowl from the night before still there, she waited 2 hours for a member of staff to come talk to her (still didn't get to talk to anyone) he hadn't been given a drink from breakfast up to when she leave a 1pm
We were very pleased with mums care while in kenilworth house. Good caring staff, her room was big & bright, the home was spotless. She was very settled & happy there.
