"Really good and take their time"
It's fine and I can get appointments easily. They always get me in and always really good. They take their time and make sure you leave with all the answers and information that you need.

Very good. I went there with fatigue and they arranged blood tests and then called with the results and advice on what to do next. The advice given was good.
A lot of the time you can get appointments. You get one within 2 weeks and it only takes 3 days to get test results.
So hard to get an appointment and they don't follow up. I have been waiting over a month for physio referral. The cream and painkillers don't work.
Dr and his team provided my mother with excellent care during her final days, which made it eased the burden for us as a family.
My experience with Moseley Medical Centre has always been excellent, the staff the medical professionals are really kind and understanding
The Dr was very good & listened what I had to say
I have been with a GP practice now for almost 3 years and never had an issue in booking appointments. Always get appointment on the same day. Reception staff are very nice and helpful. I get my appointment reminders and staff also call to remind me. Best services always.
Very helpful, never had any issues here. I manage to get appointments via telephone and face to face. I had blood tests recently and they send reminders. You have to chase results.
They're good and the midwife is really good there too. I can get an appointment easily with either of them. I have no issues with calling them. All is very good.
Every time I call them I get through. Appointments are always available.
I had really nice experience with the advanced nurse. She listened to me. It is the first time I've been listened to properly. She was very nice. Receptionists are always pleasant as well. Thank you to the team.
I will give them only 2 star because getting appointment is close to impossible.

5 months for results for smear text. Have to keep chasing for results. They don’t answer the calls.
Easy to get an appointment. No waits on the phone, they are open directly. Go on the phone It’s so easy.
Can call GP and can be on phone for 20 / 45 minutes. They don’t see you and tell you to go to NHS 111 service. Why can’t I see my own GP. Don’t want to discuss issues with someone I don’t know. GP relationship is not the same. It costs us to hold on. The old system used to work, you are ill today and they ask you to come in a few weeks.
My daughter was ill and needed to see GP and they said you have to wait for 2 weeks.
Went to doctors about health issues and needed a referral to the hospital. She has been given a date for the IAT in January and that has taken over 3 months.
They are good can get appointments both face to face and over the phone. They do phone consultation first and then ask you to come in.
They prescribed my 4 months old baby antibiotics just assuming he has ear infection. I ask him Why he doesn't want to check himself because i am not sure if is infected or is just inflammation. He said is no need here are antibiotics. Then when i start asking why does he give me antibiotics if he didn't see the baby. He started to put more questions and he decided that ibuprofen will be enough for the baby cuz he doesn't need antibiotics .
Online survey questionnaire: What has worked well for you during lockdown?
Answer: GP service Salisbury road medical centre send prescriptions to Boots and they provided a home delivery. So far this works well
Reception staff very helpful, I can see the positive changes they made recently, starting from answering phones quickly, try to help you in every way, signpost you appropriately and make you feel that they do care about our needs. Drs are very professional and listen to you carefully. I am satisfied with the service.
The doctors are very good, I can tell them anything, appointments get changed on short notice and i don't like these delays as i have learning disability.
Im constantly getting messed about by brain dead receptionists here. They’re constantly tell me to call back 3/4x and there is never an appointment slot available.
The Drs are lovely the few times I've been there. They're not great with mental health, but I'm yet to find a GP who is. The only thing which annoys me is every time I call for an appointment I'm told something different by what seems to be different people. Once I was told I can call and booked appointments in advance, then I called and was told that I couldn't do this and that I had to call 8 am or 1 pm. So the next time I called at 7:55 am and was told the appointments that day were prebooked and therefore were fully booked unless an emergency...
