"Prescription not ready & told to come back"

My last experience of Morrisons Pharmacy was not good. My prescription was not ready and I was told to come back in an hour, they then did not have what I needed. Not always easy to keep popping back and forth to collect things.

"Long waiting times for prescriptions"

They take a lot of time to process the prescriptions. We have to wait a long time for medication.
