"Excellent support during very difficult time"
When my partner was diagnosed with a terminal illness, the support we received from the GP and his reception team was excellent. Very supportive and compassionate.

My GP is quite good. I book on the phone.
Telephone is a nightmare and it's rubbish when you want to be seen face to face. I would rather not have a phone call because most of the time they then call you in anyway.
Good, I can get appointments. They're really good, really helpful. Can get same day appointments for the kids.
Was really helpful and they gave me medicine and another appointment.
A good GP with a good online system. It's easy to use but takes some time. It's easier to call them.
I don't like the online system. It takes too long. I can get appointments.
Couldn't get an appointment so I left.
Very good doctors, they listen and always provide the best possible help and support.
Nothing got better with the GP. He would just say we will monitor you. If GP had referred me as I asked, I wouldn't have had to have emergency surgery.
They're okay. I can get appointments which is good. I feel listened to. Some processes can take a long time but they get there in the end and that is just the whole of the NHS failings I think.
They referred me and it has taken a long time.
Usually you can get a same day appointment if it's an emergency. If it's not an urgent one then it's within a week or two days. You have to call at 8:00am to get one and the queues are long. You're not guaranteed to get one though.
They are helpful to me and they got me seen quicker at Zinnia after information I disclosed to them about my mental health.
5 star care and treatment received all the time.
The GP is very good and referred me to have my enlarged prostate looked at.
The community midwife was great. She would answer texts which was great. A good GP in general
I will give my GP 10 stars. I am very pleased and happy with the care and support received over the years.
I was trying to book appointments last month for a week. Then they didn't answer and I had to wait a week for an appointment then another week for a blood test. Reception were okay. It's the delays that are the problem. The staff are nice. They did the follow up and the results were sent via text message.
Rude reception staff. They never reply to your phone calls. Very difficult to get an appointment.
I am happy with the service. Could always be better.
I am with them since last 50 years and am very happy by the service provided.
Thankfully not had to use them too often but when approached then I can get an appointment. Had no issue in getting appointment for kids.
They are really good in comparison to others. Able to get appointments. Have to wait on phones but no longer than 15 minutes. Used them for son and got same day appointment. Do prioritize children.
Referred to a counsellor, takes a while to get through on the phone at 8am. It’s all automated. Spoke to doctor over the phone and the counsellor rang me the next day. They have got such a high turnover of doctors, build a rapport and then they are gone.
My wife saw the doctor as she had a strong inkling of what was going on with the symptoms she was experiencing. The GP sent her for tests at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
They are alright, can get appointments if needed.
Can be a bit hit and miss comes down to receptionist rather than the doctor. Daughter needed a service and they told us they didn’t. They try to make clinical decisions, that has happened on few times. Appointments are ok but have to be persistent in getting one face to face.
Patients talked about by receptionists. They hang up due to patient having speech issues. Gp very unprofessional. Psoriasis spread all over body and didnt do anything. Family had to request for referral and medication.
It's hard to get an appointment. The receptionists are like gate keepers, they tell you they don't have appointments. It's not great.
Failure to embrace email as a method ( my preference) of communication. Any phone or traditional mail can as easily and cost effectively be done through email.
Lovely run practice, professional, polite and very considerate.
Excellent. Responsive and caring
An excellent practice with good doctors, and nurses. Really good asthma care. Pre-covid it was simple to get appointments in a sensible time (not got much experience in the last year)
Very good but no late evening appointments
Online survey questionnaire: What has worked well for you during lockdown?
Answer: Repeat prescriptions Moore Green Road GP practice.
Doctors have been extremely helpful in the treatment of my daughter who is heard of hearing in getting her emergency hospital treatment. Also arranged her scans in no time. Our experience has been very good in their treatment & Service. We had even call back from Doctors to enquire about her condition.
The most efficient GP in town. They help you right away, always appointments are available and there treatment explanation and patient engagement is very good, way above other GP services in the city.
I was seven minutes late for an appointment and was told I could not be examined as the time had run out. No care shown at all. I came back a week later, waited six minutes to be called in. The doctor barely examined me, referred me to the blood clinic. I promptly had to wait an hour and 10 mins to be seen at the clinic despite being there at the start. Then the blood test didn’t work! I’ve had to book another appointment. Totally ridiculous for people who work.
Generally easy to get an appointment, helpful and consistent reception staff. Good mix of GPs.
I am a elderly patient with memory and incontinence problem. I get nurses to come home to support with incontinence and to provide pads, but I need to remember to book them to come regularly. I have memory problem so this is really difficult for me to do, as a result I end up having to pay for pads that I cannot afford. I have asked if they could make the appointment automatic but I was told they don’t do that. They have refused to help me with this problem. I also have a problem with my hearing and when I asked my GP if I could have a hearing aid fitted at QE, I was told they don’t do this anymore. However when I was at QE for another issue, they told me that I could get referred for hearing aid. I then went back to my GP and was finally referred, however when the appointment day came, I missed my appointment as I have a memory problem, If they had reminded me this would not have been an issue. I tried to explain this to them but didn’t receive any support
