My experience of Monkspath Surgery is that I generally find them good. When I needed to be referred to the hospital it was done quickly. I have better experiences with some doctor rather than others.
My experience is that they are a good pharmacy. I use them for general medication and prescriptions. I have also used them for ear checks for my child. On one occasion they were able to issue medication but on another occasion they referred us back to the GP, and they were unable to treat them.
I do not use the GP service very often, and have had to wait three weeks for this appointment. I think that the new online triage system is very good as my issue is non-urgent, and I much prefer filling out an online form rather than sit on the phone for hours trying to get through. I think there has been a huge improvement in the service provided over the past 12 months.
