"Helpful"
Went for blood tests for community rheumatology service, the staff were kind and helpful and did the job as needed.

They were good. They diagnosed my daughter with a virus after a different GP said that it wasn't something. They then gave us ointment which got it sorted.
The ENT consultant is very unprofessional, rude, lacks empathy, sarcastic and patronizing person. I want to lodge a formal complaint against his behaviour so he might have some insight how he should treat his patients.
I have eye check ups here every 6 months. They also referred me after they said I had TB in my eye.
I saw the ophthalmologist there and they said the reason my eye condition was not getting better was due to arthritis. They have referred me onto hospital.
They prescribed me medication that didn't exist and they wouldn't listen to me.
I don't use it very often but for family members it can be difficult to get an appointment and sometimes it's hard to call at 8AM on the dot.
They're okay. They have good staff. It's so hard to get appointment. That is the worst thing. By the time you get through you have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and then you could be better by then. The staff are good, it's just the wait.
Very hard to see the GP. Really hard to get an appointment. Even with my autistic daughter. They diagnosed her but don't help much now.
It's average. Very hard to get an appointment, there's too many patients. The surgeries are quite stretched. And they tell you to go to your appointment with only one problem at a time because they are so overstretched.
My sister had visited a GP here to discuss a lump on her hand that continually bled. She had a complex medical history and had already beaten cancer as a teenager. The GP dismissed her for months on end even suggesting she only wanted something done to the lump due to vanity. Needless to say she went private and within a week we found out it was cancer. Within a month it had spread to her lymph nodes and burst resulting in the cancer spreading to her rib cage and surround areas. She had her arm and scapula removed in Newcastle by an amazing surgeon but unfortunately they couldn’t get it all. Due to the location the cancer it was too risky to take more. She did everything she could to keep herself alive, to live this life. All this because a GP didn’t refer her in time, didn’t take her concerns seriously, didn’t consider her medical history. He saw a 20 something wanting to “shake hands” with people.
Good service with the Diabetic Professional keeping regular calls during the pandemic and changing medication where necessary. When needing to consult a doctor about a minor illness, the access through the on-line service made for an immediate appointment with a doctor - very fast service.
I have been with the practice for a few years now and although not a 'heavy' user of the service, I have always been seen within an appropriate amount of time for each visit. Their phone service during lockdown was great and working in those circumstances must have been a massive challenge.
Since the former Dr left, this practice is not a safe place to be. Uneducated doctors, complete lack of empathy. One of the doctors disrespected me completely by asking very, very rude personal questions. Questions, that had nothing to do with my condition or illness. Shocking.
Terrible service, no appointments, shoddy treatment by GP. Hopelessly stopped repeat prescription services. Inflexible appointment system.
Average of 25 minutes waiting for make an appointment (and unable to do it)
I have a 3 years old daughter that since she was born she has not seen twice the same GP in this service, there are all the time changing.
You can rarely get through for an appointment. Phone cuts off or just keeps ringing. When I did get an appointment for two different things they sent me away to see if it would improve in two weeks twice. I’ve been ill for 6 weeks! Don’t think it’s improving on its own!
I could only book an appointment in the middle of day, as they could only do a week ahead. Got multiple reminders on the phone... the surgery was closed when I arrived to the schedule appointment.
Can’t get appointments, the receptionist is extra mile rude and unhelpful, they discuss your conditions and problems in front of patients with no respect to the patients privacy. Stay away from this surgery honestly they are the worst GP Practice I've ever met.
The practise discriminate against anyone that’s not English, my son had a very bad chest infection and was refused to be seen and they lie to you all the times about the availability of appoitments.
Unable to get through, I wouldn't have an issue if all they had was a system that would place the call on hold and then get picked up when the staff was available. They should be ashamed of their poor service
1. Tried to book a smear test, been calling for 1 week straight with no answer.
2. When visited previously the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They do not welcome you, do not look at you and one was eating a pack of crisps whilst talking to me.
3. The doctor I saw was shockingly bad, I have never experience anything so poor from a doctors.
I called to arrange an appointment for vaccination, a member of staff answered and after I explained what I'm after, I was informed that they close in 2min and I should hang up and call in 15min and would be transferred to an alternative practice. I have pointed out that if my call was answered and its 2min to closing time my enquiry should be dealt with, reply to me was that: she only answered the call to see if its emergency. ...
absolutely ridiculous level of care/service... this practice had more name changes but some things just don't change!! Don't know why I even bother with them anymore. ..
