I went for my first jab in March. I was absolutely terrified having read so much about the side effects of the Covid vaccine. From the start I was treated with patience, sympathy and understanding. I was blown away by the care I received! Amazing staff all round.

Excellent, car park was available and free of charge. It was well organised on both occasions and there was a large number of people passing through the staff and helpers were very friendly and efficient. The wait was not long and I was very impressed.

Hi, I found the whole set up outstanding. From being greeted at the entrance, to being marshalled to the correct exit - once it was established I felt OK - the whole process was smooth and professional. I felt very safe and trusted that the staff knew exactly what they were doing. Plus, it's possibly the first time I've actually enjoyed a medical appointment!

Actual vaccination very professional. Organization very poor ,to keep many senior citizens standing out doors in heat for over an hour was a disgrace. Appointments went out the window I'm surprised there were no diabetic problems then once indoor another hour or so before the vaccination of waiting around.

I can't fault the professionalism from the attendant outside upon entering, all of the friendly efficient staff inside and upon leaving, Great service, Speedy too. On both visits it took less that 30 minutes in total each time.
