The appointment was very good and very nice. The letter is very clear from them. I received a reminder by text. the medical staff are excellent. Getting to the place I need to is a bit bewildering The way you have to get to one floor before you go to another. The garden is lovely. It's annoying how you have to get different lifts to certain places. All the corridors look alike and signage could be a lot clearer. The sign for the reception is behind double doors. The care is brilliant though. You cannot fault the care.

Everyone has helped me. The pre arranged appointment has been good. They keep to their appointment too and the staff are very very nice. They did a scan and checked baby for me today.

I was assessed at AMU straight away and put in a cubicle. They decided I needed a bed and kept me there for one night until a bed on C3 became available. I was treated really well there.

C3 did what they could. Really good. It's been brilliant. I have been in 4 times over the last few months for reoccurring infections due to COPD. They do all they can but can't stop the infections coming back. the follow up and aftercare is also very good.

Antenatal was quite good. It was confusing at first having to use the lift to the fifth floor and find the lift to get to the department. It's got easier over time though. The staff are very good here.

All was good at maternity, staff were very good. I ended up staying a day. Everything has been good.

Reception are polite and helpful. Very clean. My sister was in here for 2 weeks and was very happy here. The nurses are interested and helpful.

Terrible. I'm not getting medication and having to fight for epilepsy tablets as they haven't got any. Not been given any pain relief and they don't have any on IV. It's difficult to get around. I was an inpatient for a week and three days I had no food and by the time I was allowed to eat the places were closed. The nurses are nice. The management needs to be accountable. The food is horrible, the car parking is dark when paying.

Waited 17 hours at A&E for a bed. We came in for constant vomiting. They moved them into a bay and then a ward. There was no communication and didn't know what to expect. Didn't understand what they were saying. Different people get treated differently. It's a two tiered system.

My uncle was at AMU for a day and then moved him to C7. They were perfect. Nice staff and kept him informed about what was going on. Only issue we have is we have to keep telling them his conditions. I wish they would just write it down.
