They send a support worker that is amazing. Really really helpful to me and really supportive with my autism.
No one is doing anything to help me. You get passed from one place to another. It's really hurtful.
The support staff were wonderful there and really cared for her. They arranged for her to go to the hospital when she became poorly and she seems to have gone downhill since.
Midland Mencap's service towards citizens is its greatest achievement. There are no faults in regards to the treatment of the citizens. However there is a distinct lack of materials, equipment and staff which causes a couple of issues with the quality of service itself, making the sessions sometimes quite dull or in my opinion, not worth the cost.
I am getting support from staff at Midland Mencap and Harbone day center. I also get lot of love & support from my family.
I am very happy with the care I am receiving. Staff helps me maintain my autonomy where possible. I like going to day center, I do meaningful activities there.
