I feel very comfortable with the carer she is very helpful and supportive. She very flexible and work around my needs.
Midland Care providing service for my mother. My mother required extra support when contacted social services for reassessment its takes longer but Midland care put carer in place to support my mother until social service complete their assessment. Care staff is very nice and helpful. Manager is very supportive. I recommend midland care to anyone who needs care for their love one.
My dad receives care support from Midland Care. The care staff are well trained and provide excellent care. They are always on time and respect my dad wishes. We can contact the manager at any time to request any changes.

The always spend extra time to ensure everything is done according to my father choice and he is comfortable before they leave. They are well trained and respect my father wishes. Manager visit on regular basis to ensure we are happy with services. We can easily request any changes as required and easy to contact office. We have regular carer which maintain continuity in my father care. We will highly recommend midland care uk to everyone.

The carers at Midland Care are amazing. They come on time. We have the same regular carers which my dad and whole family have quickly adjusted to. They feel part of our family. The management is also really easy to deal with. Recently I wanted to change the timing for the evening call and this was done smoothly and swiftly.
Midland Care UK is a fantastic provider. They provided support for our mum after the initial agency were awful. Midland Care UK were a breath of fresh air. All the carer we professional, kind, caring, on time and always went an extra mile. Management were true to their word from the initial assessment. Their communication was excellent, they always kept up to date with the reviews and anything which needed to be actioned line times changes were done straight away. We could not have asked for a better company.

The staff are very caring I have trained them in a classroom environment but also I have undertaken in the field observation and I found that the carers are compassionate and caring always putting the client first it was a pleasure to watch. Malik the manager has also completed his level 5 and level 7 with me and I have gotten to know his management skills, he is highly motivated and organised he understands the health care sector very well and this experience reflects in his leadership skills.
The girls come clean my mom 4 times a day and bed bath her in the morning. Our regular girls are good .
