A good surgery, has made referrals very quickly. No complaints.
Really appreciate the service, I told them the symptoms over the phone and they made me an appointment straight away. My daughter was prescribed antibiotics straight away. Good service, it's very good.
I have to wait a long time for the phone to be answered. It's better to call later in the day. There's no problems getting an urgent appointment. The GP's are brilliant. All the staff are good and helpful.
I have a daughter and wanted to make vaccinations for her. I called the doctor and they said a doctor would call back. Nobody has called me back. She needs to finish her course of vaccinations and we are still waiting for a appointment. Hospital said someone would call. Trying to get appointment is an issue.
