My friend is a resident in this care home. I go to visit every week or so, and my friend seems really well looked after and happy enough despite her declining mental capacity. The home is clean and the staff seem nice.
My mum is a resident in this home. They look after her pretty well. We did recently have an issue as the hoist they use to help her out of bed was lost which meant mum couldn't get out of bed for weeks. Thankfully it has been found now and mum has been out of bed and in her recliner chair and is much happier.
Mercia Grange care home is a first class care home with very caring staff. They really care about all of the residents in their care, the manager Shirley Gibbs is really caring, she cares about her staff and her residents.
