"Poor service, missing medications"
This experience is terrible, they can never give you a full prescription and they lie to you saying they haven't received request from GP. Sometimes you can wait up to 5 days after requesting the prescription. They always say surgery never sent it but surgery tell me, 24 hours after requesting, prescription is at Medisina will take at least 5 days and then there's always items missing. Terribly run pharmacy been going downhill for many years and after serious life changing illness I have no trust in this pharmacy to get my prescription on time.
I’m not the only one, many people have said when they've received medication some tablets missing, they phoned Medisina who said correct amount was sent. All prescription bags are not sealed furthering the risk of theft of medications and cross contamination.

Sometimes I go to collect my medicine from there and they are always have it ready quite quickly. The doctors send the prescription really quickly and they have it ready.
