"They could be more helpful"
I went to get a referral for physiotherapy but they said she would have to wait for an ASD diagnosis before she gets that because it would open more doors. They could be more helpful in that sense.

It's okay when you can get an appointment.
I had a huge lump that I was concerned about and they referred me to see a consultant straight away.
I think we have been really lucky with our GP. He is brilliant, although he didn't put me on the waiting list, I eventually did get on.
Very good. The GP is very good. They get me an interpreter no problem. Very very good.
You tell them things and you don't get full satisfaction from appointments lose important documents and wrongly confirmed pregnancy he literally ask me my symptoms and felt my tummy.
Tried to call them for an advice and they failed to answer or call back. Tried a different day to call and she was asked to use online bookings. She got help with her needed advice from there.
Very difficult to get an appointment. Go to A&E or walk in centres.
Went to see them and they referred us the same day. Phoned up for an appointment and was given the same day. Saw the doctor and they referred me to women’s hospital.
I get appointments when I need one.
They are very difficult to get hold too. No response on phone and if you walk in very limited appointments are available. Staff unhelpful and don’t let you talk.
Always friendly helpful service from the reception team. Sometimes hard to get appointments but this is normal for GPs these days and they try to help as much as possible. Receptionists always smiling and explaining things carefully. Doctors are kind and listen and always provide excellent care. Always able to book blood test or smear test appointments fairly quickly too.
The receptionists think that they are the doctors . takes you at least 30 mins to get an answer then to be told all the appointments have gone ring up at 1.30 pm
Doctors are good but their systems (Booking, Call, Prescriptions etc) are like something from the early 90`s. Just awful, but so easily fixed. Very limited web access, most of which rarely works anyway. Some investment in up to date technology would drag this practice into 2021
Never appointments lines open 8 30 by 8 32 all appointments gone its ridiculous and dont like having to tell receptionist my problem before I do get appointments.
I always get an appointment when I ring. All the staff is very caring and helpful they ask about the whole family. I have had health problems and so have both my sons.
