"Criminal behaviour from Staff"
Northcroft, Oleaster and Mary Seacole have had health care assistants that abuse, other staff human exploited, false diagnosis, criminal activity’s, NHS fraud and other criminal activity took place like illegal and false detention under the mental health act.
"Bad driving"
Your staff or visitors DO NOT adhere to the give way when exiting your premises. Today 10 minutes ago a red VW polo nearly crashed into me as they exited your premises without looking. Central park Drive has cars parked on the in road which means anyone entering has to be in the second lane to get through. I spoke to manager levi a few years ago and he assured me there would be a barrier.
I am just thankful that I avoided the collision, not whoever left your premises
Not happy, you should have sorted this by now
"No humanistic/realistic approach by dr"
My wife went in voluntarily and after a few days her mental health improved alot. I was positively surprised, also most kf the nurses were very friendly. If she was in this state last Monday there would have been no need for help and thus I wouldn’t have asked for help.
Dr Aziz however seems to have difficulties to actually do a proper assessment and apparently is in no rush whatsoever, because visiting her once a week should be sufficient.
My wife was ‘confused’ and therefor unable to express herself or understand what the dr says. My wife speaks Thai/German… it’s no rocketscience to figure out the main cause of ‘confusion’. Since I speak fluent German I offered to help, because I requested for discharge so my wife would be able to travel overseas with me so she can say goodbye to her grandfather who basicaly raised her from birth till she was 11.
This was frowned up on with skepticism at the first talk we had but after that not option for the dr.
And so here I am alone at the airport because the dr, in ‘all her wisdom’ decided to bar the request for discharge. A total lack of humanistic approach, which in the worst case has consequential damages that cannot be expressed in monetary terms! If my wife will be discharged this week then the financial damage is now already around £2500.
The dr. would be wise to use the nurses' work ethic as an example and also by doing everything possible to make sure her total lack of empathy will rise to a basic level.
A rate of 4 stars would do justice to the hardworking nurses and other staffmembers who provide service with the right intentions. This inhumane experience with the dr. Is the main reason for the 2 stars. She actually walked right passed me without the having the decency to tell me what her eventual decision was, but let me wait even longer and then sent her little helper to give me the bad news. Tried to have a conversation with her but she just refused. My wife broke down in tears and as I politely asked to give me 1 minute to comfort her and give her a hug, this too was regused because I already ‘visited her for 3 hours’ and visiting hours were over.
As said, total lack of empathy, mistaking ‘nervously waiting for the decision’ with visiting and not being capable of understanding the impact that a - In my opinion completely incorrect - decision has on another human being.
I normally don’t like complaining online, but the dr was simply refusing any reasonable debate. What started as a positive experience ended in a horrific experience.
"Mary seacole would be turning in her grave"
Staff....Inexperienced
Staff...rude
Facilities...unsafe
Fear of others...facilities where people are open to use boiling water......major safety issue as people there were unpredictable and the staff were very argumentative....no people skills from the staff or experience to help just agitated people....that's what I saw and it was not right. One member of staff deliberately provoked someone for being there and was dancing and singing a song that was, I must say in regards to that patient....that was terrible....so unprofessional. This place needs serious review. After what I recorded...I'd be more than happy to take it further and my loved ones thought the same....kind regards
"A few question marks"
The hospital is clean and modern and is in actually pleasant surroundings - grassy areas and trees. I was impressed by the attention to security which is clearly important with people undergoing psych. pronblems. Staff were a littlew 'short' with me a couple of times - especially being critical when I turned up late for a Visit. It is 25 miles each way and traffic was awful. My main concern is to support my wife. So far cI've had absolutely NO feedback about how they find her or what treatment they hope will improve her demeanour. Over the many years my wife has been exhbiting paranoia I have made cntemporaneous 'diary notes'. These run to many dozens of pages yet no-one has said if they've seen them or how they think she can be improved. No feedback at all - so far and it's over a week. I am the preson who has been close to her all this time - yet no-one has asked me what form her paranoia takes. I assume medication is being given - but is there any talking therapy?
"Very bad experience"
I was ignored by staff regularly given tablets at wrong times so what Constantly sleeping very poor service wouldn't let me leave even though I was informal this place needs closing down
"Absolutely terrible Mary Seacole House"
Absolutely terrible lack of care lack of communication drug taking resulted with family member escaping and death.
"Horrible time here"
My experience was a bad one. Staff are unprofessional... Most of them just sit on their phones throughout the day especially when you are supposed to be on observations. Food is terrible. They don't even have the common sense to control coronavirus with 2 outbreaks in less than a month because frankly they just don't care and are too lax with the rules. I have witnessed absolute negligence happen here nunerous times with people seriously hirting themselves. I would never want to come to this ward ever again. People have killed themselves here. That is how bad it is.
"Poor treatment by staff when alone"
Terrible time here. Doctors fine but majority of nursing staff too busy looking at iPhones. Rarely looked up and grunted at when I politely asked questions. Attitude very different on front of visitors - in fact they were charming then which proves that they were not genuine. Told one evening “no food left” as I witnessed nurse put 4 sandwiches from the trolley in her handbag. Lack of compassion and care - these people should be ashamed of their behaviours.
"Complete clinical negligence from staff."
My sons hospital notes shows negligence from staff, patients see more of what is going on.
"bloody terrible"
cannabis and other illegal drugs on ward nurses turning a blind eye i put in feedback about this so my medication didnt turn up at my house when i was told it was going too i feel because i made complaint about ward two that it was deliberate that my meds never turned up the place is a disgrace
"Ignorant rude staff who should all be fired."
All nurses where rude, ignorant and even stated themselves they dislike their jobs and would rather stack shelves. I've watched patients getting very ill due to neglect and mistreatment of them. The whole place is beyond poor and nurses don't have a purpose there the patients are just left to rot.
"Awfull"
Poor management, staff disorganised, no humanistic approach. Staff grunting when inpatients or even families make requests
