"They never got back to me"

I contacted Marie Curie's counselling service, I left all my details and was told that they would get back to me. I never heard from them, they did not get in touch with me. I have been left feeling rejected and cannot face making contact with them again.

"They have not been helpful at all."

They've not been helpful. They sent a bed out. The carers coming out weren't doing what they should be doing. The sheets are never filled out and they don't follow protocol that they should be following.
