A good GP, they see me when I need to be seen. They explain things really well. The staff are all excellent there.
Very difficult to get an appointment but the doctors and nurses are very kind.
The GP is very good there. They provide so much help and compassion with my mental health. The mental health service isn't any good, are no help. The GP gives me the information and the support that I need.
Really good. I usually get an appointment quite quickly. If you are happy to see anyone it's quicker.
Fantastic GP. They have helped me for and my parents for over 11 years. Things did change during covid but that was a national policy. I have a 7 year old with severe autism and they have been so helpful in referring him on and they sorted an EHCP for him.
It's good. I call them and get through and get same day appointments with them. Really good.
They're okay, been with them 30 odd years. Quite happy with them . Can't get appointments these days, I don't understand why it's that way. They're good though, and they have appointments over the phone, but they will see you face to face. You can wait up to an hour when calling, to get through but I don't give up because I don't want to go online. I find them very helpful.
The contact details of my mom was not updated and as a result she missed her appointment.
I found them to be helpful and I haven’t had problems getting an appointment. But I would like to actually have a face to face appointment as they can’t tell from the photos and phone calls.
Hang on the phone forever then they promise to ring you back (still waiting for that call back after 3 weeks)
No face-to-face engagement and a difficult appointment system.
Poor, cannot get a GP appointment, they do not call back when they say they will. My daughter has been left to rot and little has been done to help her.
Practice environment is poor and outdated. Doctors here are excellent. can be a nightmare getting a face to face appointment
